Have you ever felt stressed? Because?.

Certainly! Actually, I got used to stress without the people near me as lectors did not stop rather giving additional tasks to complete. It might come due to the fact of work chaos and financial problems bursting out with your friends elusive spots in your mind not letting you rest. It happens to me not so seldom that I feel overloaded with work to be done and I feel that I don't have enough time to cope with all of that. Similarly, the other time, the worries of meeting someone's expectations, whether it be mine or others' play a major role.

Obstruction that is being caused by an unforeseen future and also by an unfamiliar effect of unexpected event is another form of stress which hampers the plans being made by disorienting the schedule. In general, stress is the unwelcomed aspect that brings rainbows in our life, but through solutions like time management, regular self-care and meeting people can reduce its impact significantly.

Has stress affected your physical or mental body in any way?

Quite stressful for me to say, my body and mental health/wellbeing have suffered significant impairments. The physical symptoms when I am pressed are manifested in forms such as headaches, muscle tensions, exhaustion, and may have other troubles. Psychologically, it indud BB cab become anxiety, vexing, seinerability of focusing and even mood variations.

Apart from the strong or experiencing chronic stress, a person may experience insomnia or successive interruptions in sleeping pattern. generally, healthy persons respond differently to stress and these symptoms must be recognized and an effective stress management plan should be implemented to maintain good general health.

What do you do to not feel like this? Share those tips that can help others combat it or maybe it can help you yourself ☺️.

To combat stress, I find it helpful to incorporate various strategies into my routine:To combat stress, I find it helpful to incorporate various strategies into my routine:

  1. Regular Exercise: Doing exercise such as a few minutes a daytaking walks, yoga, or visiting your nearest gyms will release the stress molecules into the body followed by a set of endorphins that induce a feeling of pleasure.
  1. Mindfulness and Relaxation Techniques:Engaging in such practices as mindfulness, meditation and deep breathing to relax the mind and reduce stress are really helpful.
  1. Healthy Lifestyle: Keeping a healthy lifestyle through proper diet, drinking enough water, and having proper sleeping are major needs of reducing stress.
  1. Time Management: Categorizing tasks, establishing reasonable milestones and breaking the tasks down into smaller manageable units can be convenient actions that can stave off the sensation of disarray.
  1. Setting Boundaries: By accepting the fact that "No" should be used when necessary and acquiring healthy limitations in social as well as business situations, the level of stress can be decreased due to over commitment.

  1. Seeking Support: Interactions with friends and family or counseling with a therapist may help you get emotional support and provide a new perspective into stressful times.
  1. Hobbies and Leisure Activities: I take part in activities that I like, such as reading, painting or listening the music which knocks my stresses away and help me find the peace within.

Through this how-to guide, I will be sharing these coping mechanisms with you all so that you can better deal with stress and remain healthy and balanced.

Greetings friend, excess work and the commitment to fulfill responsibility on time generates stress in our lives.

That's right, friend, those are the symptoms of stress: headaches, muscle tension, exhaustion and insomnia. Stress manifests itself in different ways with negative effects on our health.

Very good recommendations for walking, playing sports and drawing, excellent therapy to release stress. Excellent post, I wish you a happy day.

Hola @shoaib004 ... Mi estrés también se puede convertir en ansiedad, creo que es un sentimiento muy horrible, tener la preocupación de hacer todo lo que "debes" y al mismo tiempo lidiar con sentimientos acelerados por la ansiedad.

Que bueno que aprendas a priorizar tus necesidades y que busques siempre maneras de estar en paz contigo, cumpliendo con lo demás, pero a tu ritmo...
