Today's child is tomorrow's future This is a common saying that has some truth to it. So we should take care of children's physical and mental health. In that case, physical activity is very important for children's development because all these activities make the body as well as the mind better. We should raise children properly thinking about the future generation which is important for our country. Today's homework topic is Physical Activity for Child Development on which I am now starting to write my homework.

What type of physical activity did you select, what is it about?

I chose aerobic physical activities that are beneficial for children's physical and mental health. My chosen physical activities are: walking, running and sports. Children love to move around and play more than we all know. Sports are very important for children's physical and mental health. Because when kids put their mind to sports, even if they suffer physically, you become mentally strong. However, their physical suffering is good for their body because through these three activities of sports, walking or running, children's bones become stronger and their lungs are stronger.

If the daily speakers are walking, running and playing sports, the gum that comes out of the children's body will flush out the internal germs which are more beneficial for health. Physical activity such as jogging or catching a game depletes the body's energy in children, which increases their daily food needs. Regular physical exercise along with nutritious food keeps the body and mind of children healthy.

Constantly when children do physical exercises like sports, running or walking, the internal activities of their bodies start to happen very quickly, which means that the important internal components of children's bodies are active and healthy. Through sports children develop creative thinking, acquire leadership skills, develop courage to accept victory and defeat, instill patriotism and develop moral character and at the same time reduce criminality among them.

What changes did you observe in the children during and after the activity? Do you think they used up all their energy?

Basically, children are more active during these activities and I have seen the courage of children to not accept defeat. One more thing I have noticed in children when they are running or playing sports is that their whole day of studying or other stress is reduced. Children look happiest when they are in sports and they pass the time with great enjoyment.

Moreover, I have noticed another thing that when children play sports, they can make any decision very quickly which develops their intelligence. Moreover, during the activities I have mentioned, children develop a very friendly behavior among themselves and they love to know about each other. Moreover, these activities can make children grow out of their imaginations, which I have seen myself. The other activities I mentioned along with playing are essential for children's patience and to keep their temper under control which I have seen positive changes in children.

I think that when children are involved in these activities, they develop their full potential and utilize their strengths. Because they do not want to accept defeat and they want to succeed in their work. In sports I have seen kids ready to take on different challenges to win and they want to use mental and physical strength in that. In this case, they apply as much energy as is necessary to make them successful in their work.

Do you think that, in addition to exercising, the children had fun?

I think children have fun in addition to exercise because children enjoy playing pranks on themselves. Children enjoy their own activities as well as watching the activities of others. Moreover, they also enjoy giving gifts to children. Moreover, it is possible to entertain children by watching various educational cartoons. But the best thing to do with children is to walk or play sports that benefit the physical and mental health of children.

Children don't like loneliness so they enjoy having children to keep them company all the time and have fun talking with them. Apart from physical exercise, it is possible to entertain children by showing them various educational stories or cartoons. Although children are most happy in physical exercise or sports, they are also one of the means of enjoyment of children nowadays are various electronic devices such as television, mobile, laptop or computer.

However, using swings or other items in the home to entertain children with little effort. I arrange children's sports and other physical activities as well as little effort for children to enjoy. Children are much happier when given toys and enjoy playing with different plastic toys. But these do not come under physical exercise but still they get pleasure through these activities apart from physical exercise.

Tell us about your experiences doing this physical activity.

Moments spent with children are always a joy to me. However, I have had a good experience with children doing activities like walking, running or playing sports. Because I gained new ideas about children's activities. I was fascinated by the children's unstoppable behavior and all-out determination to not accept defeat. I have seen the mental development of children in physical activities such as sports, which they do very quickly. I have gained special experience with children through these activities to help them make quick decisions.

Children are unstoppable in any task and they know how to conquer fear because they have very little tendency to fear. I have noticed well that when children do physical activity, their mental and physical health improves. Moreover, children are very emotional so if you always treat them well, they will treat you accordingly. Moreover, when children participate in competitive sports, their courage increases and they always want to win, which gives them peace of mind.

When children feel tired from studying or other activities, taking them out for a walk or playing sports will bring them back to normal. Moreover, children always love to receive gifts so they should keep gifts for them in order to achieve any success. When children feel tired, they should associate recreational activities with activities that awaken their intellectual powers.

After all, children are innocent and it is possible to have different experiences with them. Participating in any activity club with kids can be fun and learning from them as well. Taking children to the outside world inculcates patience, mutual harmony and love for people, which has a positive effect on their emotional well-being. So I want to spend some of my day with the kids and be their activity partner.
