Another week of encouragement have come again and I'm happy to be here once again to participate so how about you are you ready?

Without wasting much time let me show you some skills I got so join me as I prepare this recipes yam and beans.

But before I begin in my recipes lets take a look at the ingredients that makes the the food yummy.

  • Beans
  • Yam
  • Oil
  • Pepper
  • Onions
  • Seasoning cube and
  • Salt.

Now the Steps:

Washing of the beans.

After selecting the beans, you pour it inside the bowl and wish it like one time before you put it in the pot and parboil it for like five minutes, you bring it down filter the water out, and wash it like two times before you pour it in the pot and being to cook it again.

And this second time, you have to add some of the ingredients like onions and seasoning cube.

I know some people will be wandering why I didn't add all the ingredients at the same time?. Is because when you add the salt, it will make the beans to strong and it may not done fast.
So don't worry we will add them letter.

So as the beans is boiling, you slice your yam and cut it to your choice sizes.

After like fifteen minutes you check if the beans is soft and the water in the beans is not much, you add the salt, pepper and oil before you add your yam.

Then you allow it to boil once the yam is done, you stir it and your yummy delicacy is ready.

Finally.

Beans is source of protein which we need in our daily lives is one of the body building food good for both children and adults.

And yam itself is a source of carbohydrates which gives us energy to carry out our activities of the day.

Combining the two gives you a perfect match because is what we need in our daily lives.

In our country, we use the red kidney beans the most. You have prepared a tasty mixed food. I think this could be sour and many girls will love it because girls love spicy and sour food. Yeah, beans are rich in protein and good for health. Carbohydrates gives us quick energy.

Okay red kidney beans is very expressive her in my country. But we have so many different types of beans here.

It is not sour it has normal test. But I thought is men that love beans more than women.

Interesting fact that you mentioned about the salt.
I had a domestic worker who believed that you have to add the salt to the cooking meat right at the end, as it takes longer to cook if you add it before the time.
Till today, I practiced what she told me. (•ิ‿•ิ)

Beans and yams are very good for our health anyway, they are considered as healthy food, so they are very important for good health, we should consume them two to three times a week.

En mi país también comemos estos frijoles y son deliciosos con verduras, en mi país le llamamos Frijol Punto negro.
Tengo una receta familiar muy parecida a la tuya pero es con Auyama quizás en tu país sea conocido como calabaza amarilla y es exquisita porque le da un toque dulce.
