SEC-S18W6/Shining with your own light
Asslam o alaikum Everyone!
Hello everyone! This is me @mubashara from Pakistan. How are you? I Hope everyone is doing great I'm also fine and enjoying my time. Now I'm going to take a part in this engagement challenge in Shine With Steem community. here is my entry for this contest.
Do you feel that there are opportunities or occasions where you think your brightness deserves to stand out more than that of others? |

Yes I do feel that there are opportunities that brightness I deserve to stand more than others and this situation happens to me recently as a universities student I also take a part in the university clubs and societies and also I am the representative of one of my department society there are total 53 society which is under the control of office of student affairs OSA which is official office of the university and this office organise all the events and seminars and much more I join this society and office back in 2021 as a General member in 2022 I become a director.

And in 2023 now it was my time when I was supposed to be selected in the hierarchy but unfortunately due to some favourite is the of the manager in the student of officer director and did not give me please in the hierarchy at that time I was in the six semester and if I was given a place in the hierarchy at that time I can serve much more to my department
And I have very much creative ideas and in the coming to hear I can change a lot of things and contribute so much to the society but due to that favourite in 2024 recently and now I just only have 6 months to sir and I think 6 months is very less and I cannot contribute much so this is all about where I think I can deserve much more at the appropriate time.
Knowing how brilliant you are, would you be able to turn off your light a little to give someone else the opportunity to shine at an appropriate time? How and why would you do it? |

By knowing that how brilliant I am and how much kills I have the valued and how much confidence that I have gain but if there is a situation made when someone else wants to gain that opportunity to shine then for sure I will give that to him or her. Let me tell you and explain this by an example as I am working in the society's and also in the office is and I am doing are degree of 5 years as a student there are so many students of the bachelor level that have only 8 semesters.

Soo if there were student over graduating very soon and was in 7th semester and only have 6 months and she or he really wanted to have that experience of that post and I think that he or she can work better and can sign in future so for sure I can give him that office unity because I have more money here for my degree
And I can work for that student is graduating very soon and after graduation of parents with allow to go to university and then if you are free game experience and 6 month or in her last year so I will give her the office unity and I will that chance in my next year because I have one extra here then them.
The Hawaiian squid does not shine on its own, it needs the help of others to achieve this. In your case, have there been people who have helped you shine or grow? |

I think there is only one person that is required for you to step up and grow up and for me there is only one person who always motivated me and support me through out my University and societies journey that is my previous ex president of the society he was the president of the society back in 2022 and he guided me a lot and support me in every matter.

Also he tells me all the absent downs and leg pulling and the judges including all the friendship and that's a fourth that is required during this era and for the survival in the society I want you to give him all the credit because he was just like my backbone and I always feel very confident by having him in my side whenever I was in trouble he was always there to rescue me and guided me in every part and help me in any misconvenience.
Fireflies emit light to attract a partner, but with your qualities and virtues did you manage to have the desired partner or do you continue to emit light to find him or her? |

Well I did not find any partner in my life who have same qualities like me but I always desire that I might find a partner who have same mind satellite me and who always support me in my decisions and help me to grow and we grow to get there and he listens to me and help to see my goals that my always parents wanted dream out and always wanted me to be on that stage.
And I am keep finding that partner and for sure I will choose it wisely and made decision very consciously because it is a matter that we have to spend life when him so it is very important to have a same mind set and who always support me to be up writer and grow in the future so that I can walk with him in every field of life.

Well! Mubashra I read your post and you told a story about it. the society at your university. It is a very dark side of institution that the teachers and officials are involved in the favouritism. Obviously, if you have more time, you perform much better because every plan needs time to apply for it. I appreciate your courage to boost others to whom you want to fulfill dreams which you can't make up. Best wishes for your future. May life provide you with many other opportunities.
