Assalamu Alaikum Wa Rahmatullah, I hope everyone is well, I am also well by the grace of Alhamdulillah. In the second week of engagement, I came to participate in an exercise contest for children physically. I am a teacher and most of my students are ten, twelve, or eight years old. So I thought that I also participated in this contest by organizing an exercise with the students.

Personally, I would like to specially thank Madam @anailuj1992. Who has very beautifully taught us different exercise systems. I will learn the course given by him and write with my best effort. Before that, I invited some of my friends. They are @patjewell, @stef1 and @chant Apu.

What type of physical activity did you select, what is it about?

I chose three types of yoga. The first is the Uttanasana or Standing Forward Bend. The second is low lunge poses. And the third one is the five pointed star or utthita tadasana.

Uttanasana or Standing Forward:– This asana is very popular among people and has many benefits. For example, it helps to increase the elasticity of the back, abdominal muscles, ribs. And helps to build long bones and increase shoulder flexibility. It also helps to reduce mental stress, increase blood circulation and improve digestion.

Low lung yoga: This method is a very important asana, it plays an important role in the development of body muscles, increases the elasticity of the legs, and strengthens the ankles, also plays an important role in increasing the flexibility and strength of the waist, and this asana plays an important role in improving the functioning of the heart.

Five pointed star.or utthita tadasana.:- This is a simple and popular yoga, this yoga has many benefits, especially among children, this yoga is very popular. As a result of this yoga, the strength of the arms, legs, waist and spine increases, and it also plays an important role in the development of necklace. Besides, it plays an important role in maintaining the body's elasticity and balance, increasing the blood circulation of the heart, and the development of breathing.


What changes did you observe in the children during and after the activity, do you think they exhausted all their energy?

I noticed some changes in the kids during and after the activity. They were happier during the Cree Collar and had a lot more energy. They were very enthusiastic about yoga and sports. They happily completed their sports and yoga. It was so much more wonderful.

But after yoga and sports, they got tired, and their enthusiasm was reduced and the children lost their focus.

Yes I think when the kids finished their yoga and sports, energy was gone. And they weren't interested in the game anymore. So I think children should exercise for a certain time, if they do more than that, it will be impossible for them to exercise. And they will lose interest in bodybuilding.


Do you think that, in addition to exercising, the children had fun?

Yes, it was fun for kids without exercise. As a teacher, it is my responsibility to make students focus on physical exercise and it is also my responsibility to encourage them to exercise through sports.

By playing with the kids, I got them interested in bodybuilding and through this they enjoyed the exercise in a new way, and they accepted it with joy. Children love creativity and love to learn and appreciate new things through creativity.

So I made them interested in bodybuilding through sports, so that bodybuilding does not seem scary to them. And they enjoy it with pleasure. As a result, creativity will increase among them, just as they will be socially self-reliant.


Tell us your experiences doing this physical activity.

The experience of doing physical exercises is really beautiful. Physical exercise plays an important role in improving the mind and health. Physical exercise reduces boredom, and improves mind and mental health. Sometimes the body becomes tired and bored with work pressure, then if some yoga is done then the mind becomes fresh.

And there is a new interest in the work. However, due to continuous exercise, I have naturally faced body pain. And regular exercise has increased my energy. And my physical fatigue is gone.

I live in an educational institution but the residential students here are mostly big students, so I tried to manage them within 10 years or 12 years. But with fewer students and fewer children, it was very difficult to be hooked into a photo or video. Yet I was among them through a video. I'm going to post three videos below step by step.
