Cordial greetings to my esteem friends in shine with steem community, I hope y'all had a nice day. It's my pleasure and to participate in this SEC-S18W3 engagement challenge which is title brilliant mind. Journey with me as a dive to the topic Brilliant minds.

When it comes to decision making, we all have got separate way of handling ourselves when making decisions or solving problems. Yes I'd solve my problem effectively when making decisions but in a very strange aspect.

I've come to realized what makes me wrong when solving problems or speaking the right words during arguments. In a aspect whereby I found myself in giving responses to questions, I realized that answering questions or making decisions in a fast manner without thinking twice had always got me wrong then I adjust and try a different approach.

Today I can now solve my problem such as decision making or responding to questions by giving myself sometimes before voicing out, through this approach, I can calmly bring out the good words that sounds like a tasty food with minimum salt. Recently I was able to solve a problem that would've lead to a great issue through this approach of mine.

Of course, that is the secret to success, i mean knowing how to align our abilities with possibilities. I worked in a company that without aligning these two aspects together, you feel intense pressured and frustration to work. I know what is possible to me and what I can't do and I always try to work accordingly as to cope and handle my work effectively, let's talk about it.

We have different places to stack a bag of waters in my place of work, some are distance a way while some are just within the production room. In this aspect, I have to work according to my ability therefore starting from the far distance and ending within the production has always been easy and less pressure to me.

But what happened when I choose to start right from the production room to the distance places, I always felt being overwhelmed with work and at times I fail to complete the work, this is because I've wasted my energy from the easiest places and when I got to the complicated places, I driped and feel tired. In several aspects, I've found myself slept off.

I'm not really artistic and sometimes I have to conceive ideology from people who are highly sensitive than me. From my experience, I've come to conclude that it's better to learn before proving than to prove before learning, despite the fact that some people are born with artistic but it doesn't change the fact that you've to master your creativity before becoming professional, in this aspect I have to learn.

Here it is, natural i can operate the cutting machine in my company but I can't fixed it's part, to be known as professional I have to conceive ideas from someone who is more artistic than me. In some point, I find it difficult to conceive these ideas and sometimes it's easy to conceive and put them in action.

Yes I work with people that are smarter than me and they have advantage to me. For instance, my coach who happen to be @ngoenyi is a flexible woman and she's good at aerobics programs and others such as playing football. Her influence and advantage is what kept us newbie growing as she's there to guide us on the basics program.

Taking the aerobics programs without her would've been very complicated but with her help, I can handle it effectively and even when the program is hard, she has a way of making it less difficult, she has a great advantage in the field.

It's all about determination, sometimes it takes just a minute to adapt to a new changes whereas at time it takes a couple of hours to think and reasonate. My decision to Joined the stay fit team was just a something that happened in a minute without a waste of time.

The cost of living is really complicated to the extent that it's required a whole lot of discipline to adjust, in this aspect of my life, it is overwhelming to adapt to the new method of food management but with determination I'll surely adapt to it.

In conclusion, brilliant mind are those who after taking time to compare a situation, they comes up with a positive decisions that benefit others. In the aspect of life, it might takes time to develop this mind but with the right mindset, it is easy to develop a brilliant minds.
