Every moment involves making a decision, and we can only justify it after the impact. The impact can be positive or negative leading to happy or regrettable moments. A lot of considerations are made when thinking of making a decision.
🌟How do you handle yourself when making decisions? Are you able to solve problems?
Every decision outcome is to solve a problem, meaning everyone can solve a problem. Even the negative impact of a decision taken is a solution to a problem. Making a decision can go either way. You can’t tell if a decision is wrong without getting the impact of the decision. Life is about challenges, and we have only the option to predict and face the moment. This makes it difficult to pick the perfect decision for the problem.
To make a decision, I always love to have some level of information(data) at my disposal. I love to think of some other person who had to face the challenge before. How did they face it, and what were the consequences? At this point, I want to weigh my options on accepting the consequences or the benefits of the outcome.
🌟 Intelligent people know how to align their abilities with their possibilities, do you think that is the secret to success from your perspective?
It is not only about intelligent people, but I can generalize it. Everyone will align their abilities with their possibilities to solve challenges. One can only go with the other in solving a problem. Abilities vary for different persons, and we target challenges from different perspectives. There is hardly no one way of doing something. Others will want to use the short and easy manner depending on their abilities. Others will love something complicated depending on their ability. We all put on shoes, how comfortable do you want your legs to be when walking? Depends on the ability to afford the comfort. Simple example.
🌟 Creativity is often associated with the artistic but it goes beyond that, how creative are you? Do you find it difficult to conceive ideas?
I find it difficult to conceive ideas. It takes me a lot of time to conceive ideas. One thing I know about myself is that I don't like to just put many things in a bucket. I know that it is one of the best ways to conceive ideas, whatever comes to your head. Have it in the bucket, you can later have the best options. It is never easy for me, as I want to think of several possibilities when I get an idea.
🌟 Are you able to work and have people around you who are smarter than you? What advantages are there in that?
Yeah, I love to work around smarter people. It has been one of the driving forces in my professional career. I have been fortunate to have more experienced colleagues around me, who have always pushed me to learn and build my capacity. Their presence helps me learn faster, not give up on challenges, etc. One thing they tell me
“If others have done it, then you can do it”
🌟 How easily do you adapt to new changes in any aspect or area of your life? Does it usually overwhelm you or the opposite?
Adapting to change has never been okay for anyone. Stepping away from your comfort zone is always overwhelming, be it positive, or negative. So, I will look at the outcome. If it is for the best, I will do everything to adapt to the new change.

Of course, taking a decision is always a difficult task. Whether an intelligent person or not, he will definitely use all his abilities while taking a decision. Only then will he be able to gather all his energy and move forward. Change is never easy, whether it is positive or negative. Getting out of your comfort zone proves to be a difficult task. But with time, a person slowly gets used to it.
