In the third week, we have an interesting topic especially for me as I face it every day. As a marketing professional, I handle these problems on a daily basis and make decisions accordingly. In most cases, I am able to solve problems myself or with the help of my team.

🌟 Intelligent people know how to align their abilities with their possibilities, do you think that is the secret to success from your perspective?

I think your answer is already there in your question itself. The only difference between intelligent and ordinary people is the way they look at their problems. Normal people make a small problem into a big one, but intelligent ones focus on the root cause of the problem.

Actually, most of us think about the problem and ignore how to find a solution. Their entire focus stays on what kind of difficulties they will face in dealing with the problems, and that's what makes them unable to find a way out and, in some cases, sends them into a state of depression. In trying to solve their problems, On the other hand, intelligent people look at problems logically and get rid of them easily.

I am a marketing professional, and this was a part of my course. I make decisions based on the pros and cons of the problems. I focus more on the solutions and less on the problems. If you focus on your problems with compassion, then you will definitely be ready to face them instead of being afraid of them.

🌟 Creativity is often associated with the artistic but it goes beyond that, how creative are you? Do you find it difficult to conceive ideas?

Can you do anything without creativity? Creativity is basically thinking outside the box or putting things together in a unique way. It means doing things in a different way compared to what everyone else is doing them with a personal touch.

There is a common misconception that less structure increases creativity. I think this is wrong. Of course, too much structure, especially with a lack of stimulation and encouragement, will create barriers that may prove insurmountable. However, boundaries and basic structure can be extremely helpful and allow creativity to flourish.

And so can processes. Many artists use them on a regular basis. As a writer, I set schedules for myself and follow them. Everyone's approach may be different, but everyone follows a certain process and works within their own parameters.

There are other ways artists and writers establish “formulaic” processes that help them, and by relieving the pressure of tedious tasks, they actually inspire them to be more creative when they need it.

Would you believe that we professionals also think of ourselves as artists and treat each project as a new work of art. We use careful processes when we follow projects. Otherwise, there is no other way to create good and successful projects. This means that we pay more attention to the good things and use creativity when it is needed.

🌟 Are you able to work and have people around you who are smarter than you? What advantages are there in that?

This is the topic of our first lesson during business school, "If you want to succeed in any project, you should learn to work in a group and listen to everyone, even if they are younger or your junior."

Working in a group is an effective way to motivate us to think, work, exchange ideas, and make decisions. Your colleagues can teach you and learn from you: it is a powerful and active way of learning. And if your junior knows about a new method, what is the harm in learning from him?

It is not enough to just sit together in your project team; rather, it involves working together and contributing to learning with a clear purpose. You have to be clear that your project is a team project, and thus the group work should be well-planned and purposeful. And if someone is on your team, then he must be smart; otherwise, your company would not have selected him.

The use of group work will depend on what learning process you want to complete by the end. As a project lead, I include smart people in my team and make full use of their knowledge.

🌟 How easily do you adapt to new changes in any aspect or area of ​​your life? Does it usually overwhelm you or the opposite?

We all face lots of problems in our lives, yet people solve them in different ways as per the demands of the situation. So problems are there, and we can overcome them by making a little adjustment on our way of solving them.

If there is any problem in life, then try to change your perspective and find a solution to those problems. The problems will remain the same, but your way of solving them will change. You have to choose that way because no problem has so much power that it makes you helpless. Do you feel there is a problem you cannot solve? I don't think any problem can defeat me unless I allow it to do so due to my laziness.

Every problem brings a change in you. There is no problem that does not bring about a change in you. It means that you have to change your way of working according to the problem, and it can be different every time.

Absolutely right! Wise people know that every problem has a limited period, every mountain has a peak, and every valley has an end. Every problem is temporary, take it in a temporary way and keep the hope in mind that the problem will be solved soon.

I believe that there is some positive possibility in every problem. I believe it's not the problem that decides what will happen to you but It is up to you to decide how to fight the problem.

You cannot change the circumstances, but you can decide how to deal with them. Will you deal with the problem by smiling or crying? You will deal with it by becoming a victim of depression for many days, but on the very first day, you will be ready to face it. We all have a lot of problems in our lives, and despite this, people in the world are at different levels because we solve the problem in different ways.

If you want to solve any problem, then assume that the problems will not change, but the way to solve the problems will have to be changed, and you have to choose that method.

Every problem brings change to you. The problems bring about a change in you but they leave you stronger and empowered. If you are a weak or negative person then the problem breaks you down. You should learn how to tackle problems and fight them by using smart methods.

The problem that has destroyed some people, thousands of people have found solutions and achieved success by overcoming the same problem. Every problem will cause some change. If there are problems in your life, then you will face them and emerge stronger.
