Why complaining is the biggest time waste one can do?
Complaining is one of the biggest time wasters that unfortunately most people seem not to realize. People complain about things that they cannot control and at the same time fail to see all the amazing things in their life which are within their power and influence. For example, you wake up feeling tired because it took you a long time to fall asleep. Then you complain about not being able to sleep. What can you do now? Nothing really! But there are so many things that you CAN do right away, which would make you feel better. You can go workout or go for a run outside and get energized, take a long shower give yourself some time to think through something that got stuck in your head, eat something healthy, prepare a nice breakfast for yourself…etc

The problem is that people are so focused on complaining about what they cannot control that they completely forget to be grateful for the things within their power. They never even bother to try to make an effort with their thoughts and day-to-day lives since most of their focus is on what they cannot change. This approach is one that we strongly believe in and for this reason you will never hear us complain about anything.

A very simple formula to avoid complaining, wasting time, and focusing on the important aspects of your life is grateful = happiness!

I encourage you to try it for yourself and see how much of a difference it can make in your life. Start by writing down three things every day that you are grateful for, no matter how big or small they may be. Once you get into the habit, you will see that your outlook on life changes completely. I guarantee it! Life tests your ability to handle the responsibility of service by observing your assistance to the creatures around you, which are in need of your help. Helping the entire humanity must be one's ultimate goal, but as a proverb goes, "The journey of thousand miles, begins with a single step". Complaining over a thing or your luck is useless, luck is something we can't control, and habits are something we can. Instead of worrying about uncontrollable factors, why don't we shift our focus toward what we can control? When we sleep, eat, rest or do any activity to regain our energy, it is often drained through stuff that doesn't serve the purpose and which is important and that supposed to be done every day, but our mind uses up that filled energy and we lose the most of it even before doing something important.
