My Diary | THE DAY I SPENT ON HOME | 18th Nov 2022 | @joseph665

It was a wonderful day for the 18 of November. Fridays has always been lock down in my country Nigeria, The reason of this lock down is to pay respect to the Biafran who lost their lives for the indepence of the nation. I wake up by 6:45am, Monday been lock down me and my brother decided to visit our farm land that day in other to harvest some yams for and my sick mother to eat. We worked hard retrieved about 28 tubers of yam, we came back by around 11:29am. My mom was so pride of me and my brother. So, to make my sick mom happy I decided to prepare her favorite meal which is portage yam.
I began by perboiling the yam, after some minutes I grinded my cray fish together with the onion and add first, secondly, I added grinded pepper and seasoning cubes and salts, lastly I added my palm oil and allowed to boil. After some minutes I serve my sick mom and we all ate she was very happy. After the eating and all it was 1:29pm. I spend the day at home because of the look down with my brother and my mother.

It was bored at home so I decided to make some sketches it was around 3:59pm. This sketch is worth a thousand words to each other. I made this sketch using the hb and 2b pencils the. I used the 2b for the darker features and the hb for the lighter features. And I also used a tissue paper to smothen my work so that it can look good. After all it was around 5:29pm bearing in mind that they is always an evening services on Monday evenings so my mom and my brother prepare to attend church. In the church we did a lot of things including love sharings, 14th February being the lovers day around the world. I was supposed to take my little brother and mom out but I had no money at the moment. We spent the day on home.
