تمام دوستوں کو میری طرف سے السلام علیکم ۔ آج جمعرات کا دن تھا اور آج تاریخ 20-01-2022 تھی ۔ امید کرتا ہوں آپ تمام خریت سے ہوں گے ۔ میری دعا ہے اللّٰہ ہم سب کو اس دن کی برکات کو سمیٹے کی توفیق عطا فرمائے آمین

صبح سویرے

ہر روز کی طرح آج بھی میں صبح6 بجے جاگ گیا ۔ کیونکہ آج کل ہمارے علاقے میں سردیوں کا موسم شروع ہے اور سورج جلدی طلوع ہوجاتا ہے گرمیوں کی نسبت سے ۔ صبح میں نے ہاتھ منہ دھویا پھر میں اپنے بیڈروم میں اپنے بستر پر لیٹ گیا اور موبائل چلانے لگ گیا ۔ میری بیگم ناشتہ بنانے کیلے کچن میں چلی گی ۔ میں بیڈروم میں اس لیے لیٹا رہا کیونکہ بچے ابھی سو رہے تھے ۔ جب بچے جاگ گے تو میں بچوں کے ساتھ کچن میں چلا گیا ۔ وہاں ہم سب نے مل کر ناشتہ کیا ۔ پھر میرا بیٹا سکول جانے کیلے تیار ہونے لگا پھر وہ سکول چلا گیا ۔ میں کچھ دیر کیلے دھوپ پر کمرے سےباہر بیٹھ گیا ۔ میری چھوٹی بیٹی بھی میری ساتھ دھوپ پر آکے بیٹھ گی میں اس سے پیار کرنے لگا ۔ کیونکہ بچے مجھے بہت اچھے لگتے ہیں

Morning time

Today, like every day, I woke up at 6 o'clock in the morning. Because nowadays the winter season in our area and the sun rises earlier than in summer. In the morning I washed my hands and face then I lay down on my bed in my bedroom and started using my mobile. My wife will go to the kitchen to make breakfast. I lay in the bedroom because the kids were still sleeping. When the kids woke up, I went to the kitchen with the kids. We all had breakfast there. Then my son started getting ready to go to school and then he went to school. I sat outside the room in the banana sun for a while. My little daughter will also come and sit in the sun with me. I fell in love with her. Because I love children

آج ڈاکٹر فاروق خان کے پاس گیا چیک اپ کرنے

میں 10 بجے ڈاکٹر فاروق خان کی طرف روانہ ہوگیا ۔ ڈاکٹر فاروق خان کے پاس پہلے بھی میرا علاج چل رہا ہے آج جب میں ڈاکٹر فاروق کے پاس گیا تو وہاں پر بہت زیادہ رش تھا ۔ میں بیٹھ گیا ۔ تھوڑی دیر کے بعد میرا نمبر آیا ۔ جب میں نے چیک کریا تو میرا بلڈ پریشر 190/120 تھا ۔ ڈاکٹر فاروق خان نے مجھے کہا یہ بہت خطرناک ہے ۔ آپ جلدی سے وی سی جی کرا لو ۔ میں نے وی سی جی کرائی ۔ پھر ڈاکٹر فاروق خان نے مجھے کہا آپ ریسٹ کرو اور یہ ٹیبلیٹ کھاؤ ۔ میں نے یہ ٹیبلیٹ 6300 کی لیں ۔ آپ دیکھ سکتے ہیں

My blood pressure was 190/120 when I checked. Dr. Farooq Khan told me that it is very dangerous. Get your VCG done quickly. I had a VCG. Then Dr. Farooq Khan told me to rest and eat this tablet. شام کے وقت

میں ڈاکٹر فاروق خان سے چیک اپ کرنے کے بعد جب میں گھر پہنچا تو اس وقت ٹائم 4 بجے کا تھا ۔ میں نے ٹیبلیٹ لیں اور سو گیا ۔ جب میں جاگا تو تبعیت پہلے سے بہت بہتر تھی ۔ پھر میں پوسٹ بنانے میں مصروف ہو گیا
