The teacher never dies

In our society, respect for the teacher used to be like that of the parents a few years ago. We also sat on the sackcloth and read, but the same thing happened. The reason is that the training of the child starts from the lap of the parents, but the child gets wisdom and knowledge from the teachers. Nations that do not respect their teachers can never prosper. Our religious teacher is the Holy Prophet and we should respect our teachers by following the Sunnah of the Holy Prophet. But there is a moment of concern that today's young generation is not giving their teachers the respect they deserve. Allah Almighty has described the glory of the Holy Prophet (PBUH) as a teacher in the Qur'an. The teacher has a central place in the Islamic education system. The very essence of the teacher is related to scientific evolution. The example of the teacher in building the future of the new generation is like that of a farmer and a gardener.
Hazrat Ali (AS) said: "Whoever told me a word, I am his slave." Whether he sells me, frees me or keeps me a slave. "On another occasion he says:" The right of the world is to go beyond it. Don't sit down and if need arises, first stand up to serve him. ”But today, we consider it a matter of pride to stand up for the teachers and to walk ahead of them. These words of Allama Muhammad Iqbal They are a reflection of greatness and importance. ”The teacher is, in fact, the protector of the nation, as he is entrusted with the task of grooming the next generation and enabling them to serve the country. The moral civilization and religious virtues of India are in their hands and the source of all development is their hard work. ”Henry says: There are those whose chests are rich with the blessing of literature and respect. ” I wish we could know the respect of these personalities that we are today because of our teacher, our teacher and benefactor.

ہمارے معاشرے میں استاد کا احترام آج سے چند سال پہلے ایسا ہوا کرتا تھا جیسے والدین کا۔ ہم نے ٹاٹ پر بھی بیٹھ کر پڑھا، ماریں بھی کھائی، لیکن وہی کام بھی آئی ٗاس کی وجہ یہ تھی کہ بچے کی تربیت تو والدین کی گود سے شروع ہوجایا کرتی ہے لیکن بچے کو عقل وشعور اور عِلم ملتا ہے اساتذہ کے پاس سے۔ جو قومیں اپنے اساتذہ کا احترام نہیں کرتیں کبھی ترقی نہیں کرسکتیں۔ہمارے دینی استاد نبی پاک ﷺ ہیں اور ہمیں نبی پاک کی ﷺ کی سُنت پہ عمل کرتے ہوئے اپنے اساتذہ کا احترام کرنا چاہیئے۔ لیکن لمحہ فکریہ ہے کہ آج کی نوجوان نسل اپنے اساتذہ کو وہ عزت و احترام نہیں دے رہی جو ان کا حق ہے۔اللہ تعالیٰ نے قرآن میں حضور ﷺ کی شان بحیثیت معلم بیان کی ہے۔اسلامی نظام تعلیم میں استاد کو مرکزی مقام حاصل ہے معلم کی ذات ہی علمی ارتقاء سے وابستہ ہے،نئی نسل کے مستقبل کی تعمیر کے سلسلے میں استاد کی مثال ایک کسان اور باغبان کی سی ہے۔

حضرت علی ؓنے فرمایا!”جس نے مجھے ایک حرف بھی بتایا میں اس کا غلام ہوں۔“وہ چاہے مجھے بیچے۔آزاد کرے یا غلام بنائے رکھے۔“ ایک دوسرے موقعے پر فرماتے ہیں کہ”عالم کا حق یہ ہے کہ اس کے آگے نہ بیٹھو اور ضرورت پیش آئے تو سب سے پہلے اس کی خدمت کے لئے کھڑے ہو جاؤ۔“مگر آج ہم اساتذہ کے احترام میں کھڑا ہونا تو دور ان سے آگے چلنا انکے برابر بیٹھنے کو فخر سمجھتے ہیں۔علامہ محمداقبال کے یہ الفاظ معلم کی عظمت و اہمیت کے عکاس ہیں۔”استاد در اصل قوم کے محافظ ہیں کیونکہ آئندہ نسلوں کو سنوارنا اور ان کو ملک کی خدمت کے قابل بناناانہی کے سپرد ہے۔سب محنتوں سے اعلیٰ درجے کی محنت میں سب سے زیادہ بیش قیمت ہے کیونکہ تمام قسم کی اخلاقی تہذیب و تمدنی اور مذہبی نیکیوں کی ڈور انکے ہاتھ میں ہے اور ہر قسم کی ترقی کا سر چشمہ ان کی محنت ہے۔“ہنری کا کہناہے: ”مُعلم فروغ علم کا ذریعہ ہے لیکن اس کے علم سے فائدہ و ہ نیک بخت اُٹھاتے ہیں جن کے سینے ادب و احترام کی نعمت سے مالا مال ہوں ”۔ کاش ہم ان ہستیوں کے احترام کو جان سکیں کہ آج ہم جو ہیں وہ اپنے استاد،اپنے مُعلم و محسن کی وجہ سے ہیں۔
