Man's status and Islam

The name of the religion to which I have devoted my whole life, after careful examination, is: the religion of peace and security.
When considering any religion, the first two basic facts come to mind. One is that he has given the concept of God? Secondly, what position has it given to man? Where the concept of God is flawed or untrue, man will also be removed from his original position, and where man is not given his due status, the concept of God can never be correct and consistent with reality. The test of a religion's conception of God is its conception of man. Since the purpose of religion is to make human life better, the question of what status they give to man and human life is very important in the examination of religions. The system of thought and action that you call man cannot live without discovering what my position is in this system. What part is suggested to me in presenting the parable of life on the stage of the material universe? Where is my seat in this crowded assembly

My religion points out that the second basis of human dignity is that man has been raised to the best structure. No gap was left in his nature, no evil was added to his leaven, no sin was instilled in his head from birth, there is no hereditary account of evil which is passed down from generation to generation. Is being transferred to the account. There is an unblemished nature in which the various tendencies and requirements of life are accommodated with moderation and balance. It is the nature of free will. Within which various trends and requirements of life have been accommodated with moderation and balance. It is the nature of free judgment on which good is not forced, nor evil is forcibly attached. In this sense, human structure is the best structure. When this concept of human nature comes before me, my self-confidence is established and the dignity of the human race is greatly enhanced in my eyes.

میں نے خوب اچھی طرح چھانٹ پرکھ کر اپنی پوری زندگی جس مذہبِ انسانیت کے حوالے کی ہے اس کا نام ہے: امن و سلامتی کا مذہب۔
کسی بھی مذہب پر غور کرتے ہوئے سب سے پہلے دو ہی بنیادی حقیقتیں دیکھی جاتی ہیں۔ ایک یہ کہ اس نے خدا کا تصور کیا دیا ہے؟ دوسرے یہ کہ اس نے انسان کو کیا مقام دیا ہے؟ جہاں خدا کا تصور ناقص یا خلافِ حقیقت ہوگا وہاں انسان بھی اپنے اصل مرتبہ و مقام سے ہٹا ہوا ملے گا، اور جہاں انسان کو اس کے شایانِ شان درجہ نہ دیا گیا ہو، وہاں خدا کا تصور کبھی صحیح اور مطابقِ حقیقت نہیں ہوسکتا۔ کسی مذہب کے تصورِ خدا کی کسوٹی اس کا تصورِ انسان ہے۔ چونکہ مذہب کا مقصود انسانی زندگی کو بنانا سنوارنا ہے، اس لیے مذاہب کی جانچ میں یہ سوال بڑی اہمیت رکھتا ہے کہ وہ انسان اور انسانی زندگی کو کیا درجہ دیتے ہیں۔ آدمی کو جس نظامِ فکروعمل کی طرف پکاریے اس کی خودی یہ دریافت کیے بغیر نہیں رہ سکتی ہے کہ اس نظام میں میرا مقام کیا ہے؟ مادی کائنات کے اسٹیج پر زندگی کی تمثیل پیش کرنے میں میرے لیے کیا پارٹ تجویز کیا گیا ہے؟ آفرینش کی اس بھری مجلس میں میری نشست کہاں ہے

میرا مذہب انسانی شرف کی دوسری بنیاد یہ سامنے لاتا ہے کہ انسان کو بہترین ساخت پر اُٹھایا گیا ہے۔ اس کی فطرت میں کوئی رخنہ نہیں چھوڑا گیا، اس کے خمیر میں کوئی بُرائی شامل نہیں کردی گئی، کوئی گناہ اس کے سر پیدایشی طور پر چپکا نہیں دیا گیا، بدی کا کوئی موروثی حساب ایسا نہیں ہے جو نسلاً بعد نسل ایک ایک آدم زاد کے کھاتے میں منتقل ہوتا چلا آرہا ہو۔ ایک بے داغ فطرت ہے جس کے اندر زندگی کے مختلف رجحانات اور تقاضوں کو اعتدال اور توازن کے ساتھ سمویا گیا ہے۔ یہ آزادانہ فیصلے کے تحت اقدام کرنے والی فطرت ہے۔ جس کے اندر زندگی کے مختلف رجحانات اور تقاضوں کو اعتدال اور توازن کے ساتھ سمویا گیا ہے۔ یہ آزادانہ فیصلے کے تحت اقدام کرنے والی فطرت ہے جس پر نہ نیکی زبردستی ٹھونسی جاتی ہے، نہ بُرائی جبراً چپکائی جاتی ہے۔ اس معنی میں انسان کی ساخت بہترین ساخت ہے۔ انسانی فطرت کا یہ تصور جب میرے سامنے آتا ہے تو اپنے اُوپر میرا اعتماد قائم ہوتا ہے اور نوعِ انسانی کا شرف و وقار میری نگاہوں میں بہت بڑھ جاتا ہے۔
