This is Soo true. Language is a way by which people seek to express their culture. So culture and Language are truly intertwined.

I would include Igbo language as a compulsory course for all students such that those who are in secondary and university would be made to study Igbo language as a requirement for any degree they wish to study.

This is actually a good way of promoting a Language. Since school is the primary source by which we learn most of the things we know.
