Reality is Stranger or Perhaps More Fantastic then Fiction

Elon Musk has a plan to place satellites in space in orbit around the earth providing everyone on earth WiFi to connect to the internet. The concept of building satellites to beam the internet all over the world for free or greatly reduced prices is neither new or original, but a very practical solution to a global problem. We have arrived at a point in time that such technology, if connected to the Lightening Network would literally mean everyone on the planet could use Bitcoin not just as a universal store of value, but also a uniform unit of exchange.

As you can see, BLOCKSTREAM has several technological achievements in the blockchain space, and their greatest skill is in developing side chains. They were a vital contributor to the development of the Bitcoin Lightning Network via development of the side chain, which was/is the backbone of the Lightening Network. They are partnering with Powerful forces within the cryptosphere to advance Commerce. They are also very invested in development of Non-Fungible Tokens, as a backbone of the development of commerce in video games and beyond.
