CURATION AND ENCOURAGEMENT LEAGUE VERSION 2 WEEK #1 || TOTAL PRIZE 50 STEEMS AND 975 SP DELEGATION FOR 21 DAYS

After a month of curation league still has no response from the community member, I (el-nailul) as the person in charge of the contest conduct the assessment as part of the review and evaluation process. According to the conclusion of the assessment, the participant still difficult to find 2 bloggers' posts under 2 SBD.

The issue has been brought to the Steem SEA MOD meeting 3 times within this month, and finally, we decided to make a second version of the curation and encouragement league. This league is more simple for all the members to participate in and has a better direct impact on the community members.

According to the meeting conclusion, hence we are from Steam SEA MOD design a new version of the "Curation and Encouragement League" to attract more attention of the community members

The expected output of the league are:

1. The community member/participant will be stimulated to support others in form of upvotes.
2. The community member/participant will have a better chance to gain success in the platform by earning more curation rewards
3. The community member/participant will engage and encourage more people to participate in the contest

The first-week prize of the league

• 1st winner will get 15 steems + 150 SP delegation 21 days
• 2nd winner will get 15 steems + 100 SP delegation for 21 days
• 3rd winner will get 10 steem + 75 SP delegation for 21 days
• 4th winner will get 10 steem only

The League

• The participant does not need to make any post to participate in this contest but giving upvote to other members as they wish.

• The more weekly curation reward you get the bigger chance you have to win the contest.

• Maximize the way you curate the post with your secret strategy to win the prize.

• It does not depend on how much your current SP is, but the strategy of your curation that will determine you become the winner of this curation league. The below formula shows you how the calculation is made to determine the winner:

SP = Is your current active SP
CV = Is constant value (1000)
CR = Is your weekly curation reward
V = Is the value you get to determine you as the winner

V = CR/(SP/CV)

Example of the calculation:

The table shows you very clear that the first winner is @muzack1, instead of @steemseacurator, although steemseacurator has a lot more active SP. According to the formula, the first winner is @muzack1, the second winner is @nazarul, the third is @radjasalman and the fourth is @steemadi. It is fair enough, isn't it?.

Well, you definitely should participate in this interesting contest, don't bother yourselves with the current SP you have, all you need to do is upvote someone else posts as many as you can.

Additional information

• The 1st winner is not eligible to win for the next week until the fourth week of the league, since the delegation is still active till the end of the third week, but still eligible to win the steem as the prize accordingly.

• In case all the winners remain the same for the coming week, then we will select the 5th, 6th, 7th, and 8th for the winner accordingly.

• The second winner will be eligible for the 1st winner of the next week league as the 3rd winner will also eligible to get the 2nd and 1st prize of the next week league.

Time frame

• The curation and encouraging league is a weekly contest, this first week will start to count on Monday 23rd and the counting will be stopped for the week on Sunday 29th November 2020 at 23.59. The winner will be announced on Monday 30th.

LIGA KURASI DAN PENYEMANGAT VERSI 2 MINGGU #1 || BERHADIAH TOTAL 50 STEEM DAN 975 DELEGASI SP UNTUK 21 HARI

Hampir sebulan liga kurasi dan penyemangat kita adakan, akan tetapi tidak mendaptkan respond serperti yang diharapkan, maka saya (el-nailul) sebagai orang yang bertanggung jawab dalam kontes tersebut melakukan assessment sebagai bagian dari review dan evaluasi menyeluruh. Berdasarkan kesimpulan yang didapatkan, para peserta masih sulit menemukan 2 blogger yang nilai postnya dibawah 2 SBD.

Permasalahan ini telah di bawa ke dalam rapat internal Steem SEA MOD sebanyak 3 kali dalam bulan ini, dan akhirnya kami memutuskan untuk membuat versi kedua dari liga kurasi dan penyemangat ini. Liga ini lebih mudah dan sederhana untuk semua anggota untuk ikut berpartisipasi, juga memiliki dampak langsung untuk anggota komunitas

Berdasarkan keputusan hasil rapat bersama, maka kami dari MOD Steem SEA merancang versi baru dari "Liga Kurasi dan Penyemangat" untuk menarik minat dan perhatian dari anggota komunitas

Hasil yang diharapkan adalah:

1. Anggota komunitas/participant akan terpacu untuk mendukung anggota yang lain dalam bentuk upvote.
2. Anggota komunitas/participant akan memperoleh kesempatan yang lebih baik dalam mendapatkan kesuksesan dalam platform steemit ini dengan mendapatkan lebih banyak hasil kurasi
3. Anggota komunitas/participant akan lebih mengenal dan menyemangati lebih banyak orang untuk berpartisipasi dalam kontes ini.

Hadiah minggu pertama ini adalah:

• Pemenang pertama akan mendapatkan 15 steem + delegasi 150 SP untuk 21 hari
• Pemenang ke dua akan mendapatkan 15 steem + delegasi 100 SP untuk 21 hari
• Pemenang ke tiga akan mendapatkan 10 steem + delegasi 75 SP untuk 21 hari
• Pemenang ke empat akan mendapatkan 10 steem

Liga Kurasi ini:

• Peserta tidak perlu membuat postingan untuk ikut berpartisipasi dalam kontes ini, tapi dengan memberikan dukungan/upvote untuk anggota lain sesuka anda.

• Tidak tergantung seberapa banyak SP anda saat ini, tetapi strategy anda dalam mengkurasi akan menentukan anda menjadi pemenang liga kurasi ini. Formula dibawah ini akan menunjukkan ke anda sekalian cara perhitungan penentuan pemenang dilakukan:

**SP = adalah SP aktif anda
CV = nilai tetap sebagai faktor pembagi (1000)
CR = adalah hasil kurasi mingguan anda
V = adalah nilai yang anda dapatkan untuk menentukan pemenangnya **

Contoh perhitungan:

*Tabel di atas menunjukkan kepada anda dengan jelas bahwa pemenang pertama dengan nilai terbanya adalah @muzack1, bukan @steemseacurator, meskipun steemseacurator memiliki lebih banyak SP. Menurut hasil perhitungan rumusnya pemenang pertama adalah @muzack1, pemenang ke dua adalah @nazarul, pemenang ke tiga adalah @radjasalman dan yang ke 4 adalah @steemadi. Cukup adil bukan?

Yap, anda harus berpartisipasi dalam kontes menarik ini, jangan hiraukan SP anda saat ini, yang anda perlu lakukan adalah upvote postingan orang lain sebanyak mungkin

Bagaimana cara ikutnya?

Aturan selama kontes:

• Tidak boleh melakukan power-down selama menerima delegasi SP sebagai pemenang (1, 2, 3)
• Dilarang membuat postingan plagiat atau membuat post yang bersifat menyerang orang lain di blockchain selama anda berpartisipasi dalam kontes ini.

Informasi tambahan

• Pemenang pertama tidak berhak untuk menjadi pemenang untuk minggu selanjutnya, tetapi tetap berhak mendapatkan hadiah steem sesuai dengan urutannya.

• Pemenang kedua akan berhak untuk menjadi pemenang pertama pada minggu selanjutnya, sama seperti pemenang ke tiga juga berhak menjadi pemenang ke 2 dan ke 1 pada minggu selanjutnya. Begitupun dengan pemenang ke 4.

• Apabila semua pemenang minggu berikutnya tetap akun yang sama, maka akan dipilih urutan ke 5, 6, 7 dan 8 untuk menjadi pemenang minggu tersebut.

• Buatlah sebuah postingan di komunitas STEEM SEA untuk mengumkan diri anda sebagai pemenang liga kurasi dan deskripsikan cara anda melakukan kurasi dan strategi mendapatkan hasil kurasi maksimal dan juga apa yang telah anda pelajari di steem/steemit selamat anda mengkurasi, gunakan tag #betterlife, learnwithsteem dan #curation-league untuk mendapatkan dukungan tambahan dari anggota komunitas, mungkin saja steemcurator08 dan steemcurator01 juga akan mendukung anda. Jika anda mensetup akun anda ke 100% power up, anda akan mendapatkan dukungan dari steemcurator02 juga.

Waktu kontes

• Liga kurasi dan penyemangat ini adalah kontest mingguan, minggu pertama akan mulai dihitung hari SELASA 24 Nov dan perhitungan akan dihentikan untuk seminggu pada Senin 30 November, sementara pemenangnya akan diumumkan pada Selasa 1 Desember 2020
