You can be in a club after one month. The minimum to power up is 50% even if that's only 0.10
There are tools to check and it is checked by (some) moderators and SC should check it if they want to mention it in their reports.
The rules by the Steemit Team recently changed. There's no need to be in a club and everyone can receive an upvote from a steemcurator account except those using AI generated text and plagiarized text.
In principle everyone can see if you are in a club. It can be calculated with steemworld.org and it's the difference between vesting transfers and normal transfers
Vesting = powerup
Note: prizes paid for contest winners do not count. So this total amount should be calculated and brought into minus of the normal transfers first. Something moderators rarely did.
It depends on the club which period you set (1, 2 or 3 months) before you calculate.

So, i can set up the period myself🤔 I saw 2 months on the steem mobile app stats though. Nevermind, that's not really what im concerned about for now. I need to keep consistently doing what i like to do rn here in steemit.
Posting and commenting still what i enjoy the most and perfect for my busy day with real life community activities that I have on my weekly schedule. Haven't check steemworld ever since i came back, will do that later... See you around @wakeupkitty 🐱
