The Diary Game ( 08, May 2024 )- A Farm Visit

Greetings everyone, all of has gifted with many beautiful places and farm land and also we can use this to achieve our goals and to become more success. Today, me and my Parents decided to visit our Farm here in Barangay Punta Silum, its been a long time when we did not visited our Farm in the said place. Early in this morning, I packed up the important things I want to brought just like Charger, cellphones, handkerchief and bag pack. It is perfect to walk at the place in this kind of time because it is still cold and relaxing because of the tall trees located at the place.

We've travel almost an hour by walking along the road trail and it is very fun and enjoyable because of the great views and sceneries of the Farm. As we arrived at the place, the once covered with many wild grass are now completely turned brown because of the intense heat happens here in our Country. I was worried because of the situations and the most affected of this are the crops and any valuable plants just like coconuts.

Here at the Farm, there are lots of big and tall trees grows just like Germilina, Karot tree, Molavie and Mahogany tree. Among of those tree mentioned, Molavie and Mahogany tree is good for furniture making and even a house foundation. But we keep this place full of trees and we do not cut it to make our farm cool and relaxing. Aside of that, many kinds of animals like birds are nesting at the branches of the tree and used as their habitat. It will be more important to plant more trees in the place specially now-a-days that the intense heat and climate change occur.

Our farm contains of water hose and it came from the spring. The water flows inside of this tube straight to our Rest house at the Farm. We carefully placed the water pipes in the place were the water can flow freely and my Parents spent lots of this tubes just to install and have more water with no hassle.

We also brought more empty Galloons, containers and Drums so that we can stock more water just in case if the spring will dried up because of the intense heat. We covered those things perfectly so that we can be abled to use by cooking or drinking. We are lucky to have a spring here but sometimes, when the weather is very hot the spring also dries.

The Place at the Farm:

Our farm consists not only trees and wild plants but also valuable trees just like coconuts and manggo. Coconut is one of the primary source of income to all residents here and all of the farmers here are planting more coconuts at their farm land. As I also checked the plant, the fruits are been affected by the intense heat and the leaves of the coconut are Turn to brown. Some of the manggo trees are already produce small manggo fruits but it is not yet ready to harvest.

Everytime we visit the place, we also gathered some coconuts falled to the ground. We make Pasuntan, a kind of coconuts were the sprouts came out and planted to the farm place. Some of it are being sell to the supermarket or in the coconut buyers. It is good to gathered the coconuts and put in one place so that it will be very easy to hauled.

Our Farm Rest House:

This is our rest house located here at the farm, this is the place were we eat, take a rest for a minute and cooking the foods for our lunch. We also have dirty kitchen made of round lumber and other kinds of light materials. Our waiting shed and some parts of the house needs to renovate also. Sometimes, we also spend for a night here together with my Family doing some camping activities. Its been a long time since we did not came back here at the place and the areas needs to be clean just like sweeping the dry leaves and removed the wild grass grows at the lawn.

Having this kind of place is very lucky because we can planted different kinds of valuable crops. Our plan is to developed and cultivated this place so that we can have benefits of this farm land just like Farming activities. Thank you for visiting and reading my post, have a nice say everyone.
