BETTER LIFE | THE DIARY GAME | 14JUN2024 | 😊📖 A very calming rainy Friday afternoon 📺🌧

Woke up around 5:35 in the morning today, but I just went back to sleep and just let my alarm wake me up again later. Then I woke up again around 6:05 in the morning from my alarm. I didn’t hear the two alarms before that though, but I still woke up to the third one.

I didn’t do any of my workouts today, even ride the bike as I was not in the mood for it. I know I've said this in one of the past entries that I've posted, but I'll just say it again.
I don’t do any of my workouts if I do not really like or feel to do it because there was one time that I forced myself on doing it and it didn’t really end up well. I just got dizzy with all of the workouts that I did (even though it’s the normal routine that I do everytime), that is why I don’t really do any workout if I feel like not doing any activities or exercises on that day. But there are some days that I can push myself on doing my workout, but it really takes time to do that and a lot of motivation for me to do it.
So today I just played with my tablet and my phone.

Around 9:30 in the morning is when I started to prepare the clothes that I'll be changing into after I took a bath, but before that I cooked some rice first and then went to take a bath. My sister had already started to cook our food by that time.
After I finished taking a bath, my sister was still cooking. She cooked some fried eggs for each of us and then some ham. Then we ate our brunch.

After we finished eating I made myself and my sister a cup of hot chamomile tea. My sister was already doing a draft of her diary entry by that time while I was continuing playing with my phone and watching the latest episode of Delicious in Dungeon on Netflix on my tablet. I didn’t put it on the TV as I was the only one watching it.

Later that afternoon I continued to read the next few chapters of Ghost of the Shadow Market by Cassandra Clare. After a short while of reading and also listening to the audiobook of the book, as I was simultaneously reading and listening to the book, it rained. It was a relaxing feeling when it happened because it got really cozy and cold as the wind brought in some cold in the house.

Because it was a thunderstorm, Niklaus (my sister's dog) was shaking that my brother tied his body with a cloth and turned it into a pressure wrap or vest to calm him down. It can also be use to pets when it's New Years Eve when all of the noise from the fireworks (and other noise makers like firecrackers) stresses them out.

Later that night, my sister cooked 2 dishes for our dinner. One was egg coated meatloaf and then a BBQ sautéed pork meat. Then we watched the remaining episodes of My Mad Fat Diary Season 2. As we have already watched the very first episode of it the other day.
There was a lot that was going on in this season. Rae has entered college with her friends and the anxiety from the past year has made here very watchful and careful of what might happen if she was noticed by all of the other students in the college. There was also a lot going on with her friends that she was unaware of that has caused the gangs relationship to crumble into pieces, which she had noticed quite late.
I would recommend this series to you all with adult supervision as strong language and other mature and serious topics are discussed in the series.
