THE DIARY GAME/#BetterLife: Surprised Mañanita or Morning Serenade to my Senior Pastor and our Monthly Minister's Meeting (04-07-24) 😇🙏🤗
Hello Everyone and have a blessed Day!
As April already here enjoying the past few days, we also have an important event to celebrate as my cousin who is also my Senior Pastor celebrates his 40th Birthday, and we celebrate it especially.
When I share some of my blog posts showing some of my life activities, I will never forget to express my thanks to all of you who always supposupportespecially to the admins of the community. But above all of this, my full thanks and gratitude to our God for loving and for being so faithful to me.
Let me start this with our surprise Morning Serenade to my cousin and our Senior Pastor. The day before I already talked to some of our Church Members and young people that we would be doing a surprise for our Pastor he would be going to the house of his parents early in the morning to pick up his parents as they have a scheduled dialysis of his father.
So, what I did is that I told all of them that we were going to gather in the parent's house of our Pastor the night before so the next day we would wake up very early around 2:00 in the morning.
Now, the day has finally come for our surprise serenade to our Pastor. We woke up around 2:00 in the morning though we were very sleepy at the moment but we did all of this because we love our Pastor.
It is expected that our Pastor will come here around 3:30 in the morning. While waiting for him to arrive, we already prepared ourselves, prepared the songs we were going to sing and some food.
Around 3:20, we heard the motorcycle of our Pastor who just arrived, so we made sure that he would never notice us we kept quiet and let her mother open the door, he surprised us he never expected this to happen his Birthday and I even see that he has teary eyes.
We then have a short fellowship with the singing of praises and worship, and the sharing of Words of prayers and declaration. After a while we then had our early breakfast around 4:30 in the morning for they had other transactions to do, so they left immediately. We thank God for everything that was very successful and for giving us the strength to make this surprise serenade a successful one.
Aside from the Birthday Celebration of our Pastor, today we also held our Monthly Minister's Meeting that is held at Don Pedro Naawan Misamis Oriental.
Knowing that I came from a surprise serenade to our Pastor and we woke up very early so I was very sleepy. So I decided to sleep for a while to rest that's why around 9:00 I traveled to the Church where the Meeting was held which took me around 20 minutes.
We have lots of things needed to discuss for the improvement of our Section. I am with my co-Young Pastors and I am thankful for all the important topics we have discussed. We take our lunch here and the host Church has prepared a lot, they even have free Milk Tea sponsored by one of their Church members who owns a Milk Tea Stall.
Our meeting ended around 3:00 in the afternoon and I just went home to rest as by 6:00 we will then go to the house of our Pastor who will also celebrate his birthday for the second and final part.
At night around 6:00, together with two of our Church's young people, we went to the house of our Senior Pastor because we were invited to a Birthday Celebration.
Around 6:40 in the evening we just arrived and thank God for we were safe. The celebration had not yet started then after a while when some of the visitors were already here, we started the fellowship.
We sing a song of praises and worship to God and there are selected visitors also asked to share some messages and declarations. Then the most important part of this fellowship will be the sharing of God's Word. We have also a special visitor who will share the Word of God and we were very blessed by the Words of God through His servant. After a while, we then offered some prayers and declarations to our Pastor and thanked God for that.
Here we are right now for the much awaited part, which is our dinner. They have prepared lots of delicious foods for us to eat and enjoy. We were very full after and also I have captured a photo of thr cake given to our Pastor who is designed very well.
It was already around 9:00 in the evening when we finished eating and yes we are very full. Then together with the young people we have decided to go home as we will travel and thank God for we got home safe and sound.
