Heavy rain fell on Bireuen from Thursday afternoon to Friday, 28/6/2024, causing dozens of houses to be flooded in four villages in Peusangan Bireuen District.

The flood spillage from the south of the state road to the north was caused by drain plugs, irrigation canals overflowing and also caused by other factors.

There are four villages that were flooded by heavy rain and also temporary data sent from other villages, namely the Seuneubok Rawa, Alue Udeung, Cot Nga and Gampong Raya Tambo Village areas.

In the Cot Nga Village area, Balee Setuy, water overflowed through the irrigation airport into residents' homes, including keude in Balee Setuy and also the local elementary and high school.
