The Diary Game || TV-Based Instruction Workshop 4/19/21
Buenas Noches awesome and amazing steemit buddies!
Today, I am going to share with you our 3-day training about TV-Based Instruction.
All About Myself
And this is MY FIRST ENTRY in this community. By the way, a good friend of mine introduced me to join and participate in this community.
Since, this is my first time please allow me to introduce myself. I am Marnie M. Cuyag as @kyrie1234. I am a Secondary Public School teacher teaching in Grade 9-Math. I finished my Bachelor's Degree in one of the Great and Awesome school here in Philippines at the same time my favorite school and was famous to those who wanted to become a teacher, what I am refering to is my very own Cebu Normal University-Main Campus.
Right now, I am connected with my alma matter Mactan National Highschool. And the above picture is our latest picture with the Math teachers and our very own Principal.
I came from a big family of 8 including my mother and father, I have 3 sisters and 2 brothers.
I am already married and blessed with one daughter.
Enough with my self-introduction.
With the Future Broadcasters
Last week, the wife of our principal called my attention. I felt scared a bit thinking of what was the reason why she let me went to the principal's office. When I went there, she informed us that me together with mam @bisayakalog and mam Gimenez- a Filipino teacher will be sent for a seminar about TV-Based Instruction Workshop. At first, I'm hesitany to join since I am not into broadcasting but then they showed that they trusted my capabilities, so I just accepted the challenge and showed to them what I can do.
During the Workshop
First thing we did was we had our registration.
We then had our short opening program. Since, Covid-19 was still active, we need to follow protocols. So, the committee decided to regroup us into small groups and stayed in a classroom by group. There were 50 participants and we divided into 2 groups.
In Our Assigned Classroom
In our 3-day seminar, we had three sessions where they talk about:
- How to Take Shots
- How to Make a Script
- How to Edit the Video
Right after the session, we then proceeded to the workshop where we put into action on what we learned in our 3-day seminar.
The Shooting
Before we started our take, we assigned what would be our task. Then, I volunteer to became a Director/Videographer since I used to take videos since my husband @jmaxswivel is a youtuber and I am the one who took him a video.
Behind the scene.
Editing the Video
Unfortunately, because the time was not enough, we are not able to finish our editing so we are still in the process of finishing but then we still let the speakers view our small output.
I am so grateful for being part of this activity since I was able to get additional skills especially on how to take shots, how to make a script and how to edit the video using the green screen.
Since, we are still facing the pandemic, teacher broadcasters are very useful because if you are just going to send a module, it is so hard for them to answer whenever there's no one guided them. That's why, the division office decided to train and pick future broadcasters.
I guess that would be all for today I hope to receive a warm welcome to you all. Thanks to those people who initiated this community. Thank you so much @steemSEA for giving me time to check my post. Thanks as well to @steemingcuration for your support.
Ciao!
Love lots,
@kyrie1234
