Official Report: 40 Food Packages for Orphan and Paralyzed Patient survey

Hereby, I would like to clarify to whom it may concern that the @steem.amal program is not exclusively in Aceh, but it is for Indonesia. What we need to realize is the steem.amal would like to promote steem/steemit in Indonesia. I encourage you to support this program and being a part of changing the world for a better place and providing a better life for those in need. I would not be able to run this alone since there is no ONE MAN SHOW PROGRAM in steem.amal. I would love to cover the operation cost as much as I can to support the ongoing steem.amal program in all areas.

As of today, I have transferred 1,500,000 (15 SBD) for operational expenses to organize surveys and verification for paralyzed patients and preparation of the Food For Orphans program. These operational expenses are from my personal budget as I have committed previously. 4 programs are ongoing or being surveyed in the field that we need to be aware of and keep our eyes on.

The official report today is to bring up 2 programs update, while the other 2 program will be published when the complete data are received

Verification survey for the paralyzed patient in Lhokseumawe

Ensuring the steem.amal program in Lhokseumawe, @radjasalman as Lhokseumawe field coordinator take fully in charge of managing the steem.amal team to conduct the survey for 2 candidates. Today in coordination with @green07 the survey has been done and will be brought to steem.amal board member meeting. 2 days ago @heriadi and his team also conducting an official survey and verification to another location to identify the basic need of the beneficiary.

This is the second candidate for receiving steem.amal assistance in form of wheelchair:

Address: Blang Weu Baroh, Blang Mangat, Lhokseumawe

She has been paralyzed years ago, and no proper medical treatment received. She has been alone since her mother passed was long ago and now her room becomes her life. Every single thing she does is in the room. The program that steem.amal will initiate for her are:

1. 1 unit wheelchair for her mobilization in the house.
2. A renovation for her house to improve the sanitation for her room and making a mini toilet in her room.
3. Provide a wheelchair-accessible area in her house by making a concrete floor.
4. Sleeping Mattrass

Recent condition of Fitriani:

The total budget will be calculated and publish on the next post, but approximately the budget needs to be allocated is Rp. 10,000,000 (100 sbd)

The second candidate which has been surveyed today is in Lhokseumawe. The paralyzed patient is a middle-aged man as shown in the picture below:

As the collected data in the field, he has been paralyzed since 5 years ago and there was a wheelchair provided by an Indonesian social agency but it had been broken and no longer available. Steem.amal will provide him a wheelchair to support his life and healthy environment

The second program is the Food for the Orphan

The food for the orphan's program is on the finalization of the preparation, as of today the foods have been bought for 40 orphans as agreed in the meeting. The total expenditure that steem.amal has been transferred is Rp. 8,140,000 to purchase below items:

The two other programs are WatSan in Seunuddon and the final support to the burned house in Pante Syamtalira Aron that the construction is ongoing and we will support the material as much as maximum Rp, 10,000,000. The detailed report will be published in the next post
