Bireuen Government Distributes Aid for Fire Disaster Victims in Gampong Baro Village.

The Bireuen Regency Government, Aceh Province, through the Social Service distributed panic aid for fire victims in Gampong Baro Village, Kota Juang District, Saturday, 22/2/2025.

The aid in the form of basic necessities, clothing and other needs was distributed to Syarifah Khatijah (65 years old) whose house burned down on Friday, 21/2/2025.

The Head of the Bireuen Social Service through the Chairperson of the Bireuen Disaster Preparedness Cadet Coordinator Forum (Tagana) Zulfikar, said that the panic aid was delivered directly and handed over to the victim. The aid is a form of concern from the Bireuen Government for the victims of the fire disaster.

Hopefully, with this assistance, it can ease the burden on the victims, hopefully the victims and their families will always be steadfast in the face of the disaster that occurred, said Zulfikar or who is often called Adun Tagana.

Zulfikar added that with this assistance, hopefully it can help meet the needs of the victims.

Syarifah Khatijah's house caught fire in one of the rooms used as a warehouse for storing goods, the disaster occurred at around 17:30 WIB.

Three Bireuen fire engines were deployed to the scene to extinguish the fire, firefighters assisted by the local community managed to extinguish the fire quickly, so that the fire did not spread to other rooms. Officers managed to extinguish the fire and save the victim's house from a major fire.
