The Diary Game Season 3 Oct. 13: Devastated but Will Not Give Up
Great Day my Dear Steemians!
Today I wanna share my day, it was supposed to be a wonderful day today since its my birthday. But I was devastated by an unfortunate event.
Two days ago I have already prepared and sorted all my students answer sheets and summative test papers. So when I will be back to school after my work from home schedule I wanted to be ready with everything so I can just give it to their subject teachers.
This last few days it was raining really hard. I didn't see any problem of the rain since I was just at home and the house didn't have any leak at all. **But to my surprise the floor was actually excreting moist from the wet soil. And saw that the answer sheets and test paper I sorted got wet. I didn't know it a lot of the papers were wet since the upper part were all dry.
I chatted my students subject teachers and apologized for what happened. They still need to check them, I was so worried because I know my students put a lot of effort in answering these papers. I was really devastated.
I separated them one by one to let them dry. I carefully placed them on the floor so I won't tear them. Good thing my co teachers were considerate to understand that they will still accept my students paper though it was discolored and a bit wet. Good thing the answers and names were still vivid and didn't got torn.
Next time I will be extra careful and maybe place my students papers in my bedroom so I can check on it everytime. After this will all dry up I have to sort them again by subject. Back to square one. But even its a hassle I will still carefully do so because these are my students output. I don't want to be the reason they won't get a grade for this.
