You have shared good knowledge about tennis elbow, its symptoms, cause, but didn't add it's types. Also a bit more explanation require about symptoms and causes. I appreciate your effort.

In the second question, you tell us about how you have to assess a patient by doing physical examination, history taking, and investigations. But didn't add it's special tests. It would be better to add explanation of special tests. Good.
Task 3 (3.6/4)
You try the finger stretches, wrist flexor stretch, and wrist isometric exercises. You did the finger stretches, wrist isometric exercises correctly. But in wrist flexors stretch, you have to place your hand in the middle of the other hand for better stretch as the hand is bending more, and flexors will not get enough stretch. Always remember to apply heat pack in chronic condition and ice pack in acute condition before performing exercises to relax the muscles and reduce stiffness. I appreciate your efforts.
