The Diary Game: DAY 22 | 22 August 2020, Saturday: The Cycling
Nothing special happened today. As today is Saturday, and gladly, tomorrow is Islamic Holiday, it means I can spare a time to do some activity later in the evening. My day went by so fast having me nothing to do aside from reviewing for my incoming test.
By lunch time, I only had fruits as I feel so full and I do not know why. Anyhow, I have slept for quite some time which energized me after.
So, I decided to do cycling in the Corniche. I was with my cousin- in -law as I am hesitant to ride the bike if I don’t have companion. She decided to come with me as she has a bicycle too after pressuring her to come with me.
We started past six in the evening as it is still bright outside. Normally, during summer, the sun sets past seven in the evening. Oh my goodness! It’s past six in the evening already but the weather is still so warm at more than 37 degrees! It’s been my first time after several years of not riding a bicycle that is why I felt my legs hurt when it’s only for a short minute.
Though my legs started to shake, I continued to cycle and enjoyed the view I was passing by. The towers started to light up opposite from the bay. It is so beautiful to look up. Seeing the nature from the right side and on the other side, you will see beautiful buildings.

I love that there are lots of trees along with tall buildings. How I wish I can go biking or even hike here. It's been ages since I last rode a bike. I hope I remember how to ride it. Haha
