Hey, I know that I said that I was interested in joining the program at the beginning and I still am. I also sense that I can just say that I'm in and I'd benefit from the SP delegated to my account. But, it wouldn't be fair to you since I don't understand the article language.
Anyway, I have translated the whole thing and I will share my thoughts here. But, before I do that, I have to say that I have tried to find the places where you talked about how much engagement is expected. Because, that is probably that most important thing out of this (engagement).
Articles: You have mentioned that we should have 4 articles in a week. 2 of them in Steem SEA. I just heard of this community from you. So, I am still unsure what sort of articles I would have to write in here. But, I have been in FreeWriters for a while. I write some articles there. I know that I could write more. But, my personal preference would be to have a smaller number of articles with good ideas in them. Rather than having a lot of meaningless or a very low quality articles. When you asked us to write a post in the contest of Freewriters, I was already going to do that either way. So, it was two birds with one stone LOL.
Comments: 35 comments per week. I don't know how many comments I am writing in total per week. I have never counted. But, I am replying to comments or writing new comments almost on daily basis. I still have some pending comments which I have not replied to and I know if I have got the delegation. I'll reply to all of them directly. Because, I tend to have more of a conversation with others through comments and I guess @wakeupkitty would know this already.
Upvotes: minimum 10 per day. I think that's the easiest. It's to find those who have quality posts. But, does that include voting to myself as articles as well? Or, is that a bad practice?
I'm not sure if I have missed something here or there. But, that's the most that I could get from translating the article. Let me know what you think on this?

Any type of post is welcomed. And maybe we will establish some guide like Freewriters' daily prompt.
We know (we = I and Kitty). But, will you at least write 4 articles each week?
I am sure you wouldn't have any problem with it.
Actually it's not the upvote number that counts, but the Voting CSI to be at minimum of 5.0. We suggest a minimum vote for every members to achieve this 5.0 VCSI. With 300 additional SP, one can vote more than that.
Very good. Things you failed to mention: you should maintain Club 100.
If all is good, you will receive delegation soon.
If there will be some sort of contests over here. Just like Freewriters. Then, that will be much easier. Because, it will help get the ideas. If the topics are nice, I tend to participate with more than 1 article.
I think it is doable. It will be challenging though. That's something that I will have to work on.
I tried earlier understanding the club status thing. I didn't get it.
Anyway, I have to point out that everything that I saw in Steem SEA community is non-English. I can tell you that if I get it, I can participate in contests over here. But, I think my articles would be more relevant in Freewriters. I am not seeing any contest going on right now. But, maybe there is. All I have right now is, 1 idea for a long post that might be not relevant in Freewriters. I can post it here.

In that case, I will have to start working on this. Can you just explain to me what is Voting CSI? Plus, when does the week start for everyone?

Naah, that's all from @aneukpineung78. I am new to this challenge too. I just had too many questions. But, the fact that this community doesn't have a restrict guidance when it comes to what posts to publish gives us more space to choose from. I think it is something similar to what Freewriters have. You are free to choose what you want to talk about and then it is open for discussion.
