Everything mentioned by kitty is valid, no matter the translation, the small details of the language. We can always learn from others. When we talk and go out of our comfort zone, we add value to our lives. What Kitty has told you is a reality that many times goes unnoticed in many women (and people in general). If our self-esteem is not sky high, we are prone to overvaluing ourselves and feeling broken or worthless. Everything she tells you, can be applied in many situations or personal plans. Life is a journey that has to be enjoyed while you are living it. Love yourself. Focus on yourself, love the good, reject everything that consumes your energy.
