Bireuen Independent Election Commission Strengthens Coordination Ahead of 2024 Regional Head Election.
Ahead of the implementation of the Regional Head Election (Pilkada) for the Governor of Aceh/Deputy Governor of Aceh, Regent/Deputy Regent of Bireuen, the Independent Election Commission (KIP) of Bireuen, Wednesday, 5/6/2024, strengthened coordination with various elements packaged in a joint coffee meeting with Muspida at Café Ali Kupi, Cot Bada Peusangan, Bireuen.
The joint coffee meeting was attended by the Bireuen Police Chief, AKBP Jatmiko SH MH, Dandim 0111/ Bireuen, Lt. Col. Inf Ade Munandar SIPem represented by Kasdim 0111/Bireuen, Major Arh Ronald Samosir, Acting Assistant III Secretariat of the Bireuen District, Azhari Sos, Kejari Bireuen, PN Bireuen Bawaslu Bireuen, Panwaslih Bireuen as well as all KIP Bireuen commissioners and other invitees.
Chairman of KIP Bireuen, Saiful Hadi SE MM said, KIP Bireuen invited Muspida Bireuen for a cofi morning together to coordinate the stages of the 2024 regional elections.
"We hope that this meeting will become a regular meeting that will be held every month to see how the stages of the Pilkada are progressing," he said.
The coordination meeting discussed things that needed to be discussed, coordinating with Muspida with the hope that the Pilkada stages could run well.
Bireuen Police Chief, AKBP Jatmiko SH MH, said that the various stages of the Pilkada later, the Bireuen Police hoped that the implementation of the Pilkada in Bireuen would be safe and peaceful.
He added that in an effort to achieve these hopes, the Bireuen Police carried out various coordination efforts with the TNI-Polri carrying out joint patrols.
It is hoped that the presence of police patrols in the community will increase public peace ahead of the upcoming regional elections.
Dandim 0111 Bireuen, Lt. Col. Inf Ade Munandar SIPem through Kasdim 0111/Bireuen, Major Arh Ronald Samosir, said that the TNI ranks hope that the implementation of the Pilkada will run safely and smoothly, the TNI fully supports the implementation of the Pilkada.
"The Bireuen District Military Command has coordinated with the Bireuen Police and there will also be members directly involved in securing the regional elections in the future," he said.
