Today I am going to tell you about my favorite artist. Her name is Umaria Sinhawansa. She was born on January 05, 1991. She is a Sri Lankan Pop, R&B and jazz singer. She was born and raised in Sri Lanka.

She was first educated at the Muslim Ladies College. She later attended Gateway International School, Colombo, Sri Lanka in 2008 to further her education in music. As a child, she participated in music competitions and honed her skills. Due to the nature of her talent and her family background, she was able to enter the music industry. She started her singing career at the age of grade 11. Her family background as well as that of her sister helped. Her name is Umara Sinhawansa.
Umaria ability to travel to the international level as well as the help of the BnS were very helpfull. She comes to the stage by attending BnS concerts. To this day, she sings with them on concert stages. She has become very popular nowadays due to her talent. Within a few years of entering the music industry, she had a voice that captivated the entire world and has now composed nearly 25 songs. Among them is the song "Manda Pama" which has become very popular in recent times and has received nearly 20 milion views on You Tube.
