Be strong like a wonder woman in your life😍😍 - something to thnik for a meaningful life 👉 01
Hello friends, hope you all are well. Today I am think about to tell you the value of life. I think we are still looking for the true meaning of life. Who do you love the most in life? You will instantly remember the names of each one. But you forgot yourself, didn't you? We need to identify ourselves first and love ourselves. But most of the time we don't do the same thing. Challenges are often the things that most people accept defeat very quickly. I think there is no such thing as fate in life. It is a concept built up as a mere excuse. We need to think of obstacles in life as opportunities. I think the present and the future of life are determined by the responses we make to it.
I think the one way you can identify yourself is by identifying the challenges that come with life. It can test your strengths and your ability to act accordingly.
Have you recently heard of a Sri Lankan girl dubbed as Wonder Woman of SL in America? Not only did she change her life, but she also created a new creation for all those who suffer from physical ailments like her. In her story I will explain to you what I said earlier. It would be a very exemplary example.😍😍😍
Her name is Shavini Fernando who lived in Wattegama, Kandy. One day during a visit, her whole face turned blue and she received medical advice regarding this condition, where she was diagnosed with a rare disease that prevents oxygen to the brain.
Her doctor had told her that she would live just two years. When she asked isn’t there was any cure in medicine, he replied angrily. Then she replied. I have a lot of respect for her answer. She has said that I will come to see you in two more years. Alive!!! Do you understand how confident she is in these few words of her answer ? How would you feel if someone told you exactly what your life would be like? We have heard many times today about young people who take their own lives without finding answers to the smallest of questions. The teaching of Buddhism as well as all other religions is that suicide is a very sinful thing. So everyone should understand the value of life.

Everyone who tries to live the life you have is a winner. My dear Steemit friends, I know you all are part of it. So guys I'm talking about Wonder woman of Sri Lanka. Eventually she decided to go to America and get treatment . The medical opinion was that she was suffering from a rare condition called Eisenmenger’s Syndrome. This is a congenital heart condition. Before moving to the USA, she studied computer engineering at the University of Portsmouth in the United Kingdom . Despite being ill, she was reluctant to spend time. So she decided to enter Georgetown University and complete a postgraduate degree in communication , culture and technology. See guys she did not fail. She challenged her fate. We must always be strong in any problem that we have faced. otherwise even the people you love will accept defeat. Don't do that . Fight with fate.

She invented a device for the treatment of her element by herself, which was so innovative that it even received patents. She did not stop her education in face of her illness and also benefited from it. She used her engineering knowledge for this innovation. This machine named as “ Oxiwear”. It is a device that signals itself when the oxygen supply to the heart is low. She lives with a lot of achievements like this.
We all are in a big struggle. All of us are on different levels but we have faced Happiness and sadness as same. So be strong. Face to life and try to live. Remember don’t lose your smile. Challenge to challenges and love yourself.
This is the first time that I heard about this unbelievable story of Shavani. See her vision, dedication & commitment. In today's world people with these qualities are very rare. People should read these kinds of stories. Thanks, @sandaruwa29 for sharing this motivation article with us!!!
@thimalteb We also should improve our abilities like her. Even though she is a Sri Lankan lot of people don't know about her story in our country. She is a very good example for people who destroy lives from simple problems. Thank you for your comment.
Her strong mind has challenged to her fate! She is brave enough to fight against with her illness. It is unbelievable!
Thanks @sandaruwa to sharing such a motivational and inspiring story of the wonder woman with us. 🤗

@a-lass-wonders Totally agree with you. I think everyone has an authentic power in their soul. But everyone does not use it. There is no difference of gender to fight with fate. There is no one with a strong health , everyone has been sick. According to Lord Buddha's saying it is a permanent truth of life . So we must understand it and never regret it.
Very good Inspirational story.
@shalitha Thank you so much
@sandaruwa29 ,

@inudi Yes I agree with you. I think it is a lack of our education system . We are all bound with books . But there is no teaching about practical things. We should learn it from childhood . In Japan there are no exams for Grade 1-5 little students. For that they learn about how to work with others peacefully , how to improve their leadership abilities , Problem solving methods etc. So I think we even have to teach them to others .
I have never heard this story before , thanks for sharing these facts.
@dulip Gald to hear that you could get some new things.
