Visit to Rocell Show Room - Rumours are Fake

Nowadays we could hear that the building material prices are getting risen. So the tiles and bathwares are also included in the said material list.

I have to visit Rocell showroom to select tiles and bathwares for an office building. But what I found is the prices are laying at same which was at 1-2 years before in the Rocell showroom.

Since the government banned of exporting of tiles and bathwares, we couldn't find any foreign material in the market but only Sri Lankan products are available. So what local sellers are doing is they buy bulk amount of materials from the Rocell showroom and trying to make a monopoly. Then they market the material at high price due to the scarcity of materials in the showrooms. But if we can place an order and wait until it would get processed then you can buy the belongings at the desired price.
