You have a nice collection of Roses. I have tried to grow Rose plants several times but failed every time. Don't know what went wrong since I cared, manured and watered well but ended up with dead plants.
Anyway these pics are nice. 🌹

maybe there is a mistake in the part of the soil and the way it is placed must be exposed to the sun, try with more fertile soil, and give cow dung or something ...
