Someday we feel light rain at my place but river water level is rising up because of the heavy rain to Rathnapura area. The site is located at the end point of a long journey of river. So it brings tons of water to make us flood.

Heard about this and have seen a few video clips which were viral in social media. As you are spending most of your time nearby, please be careful always.

Some feel this as a shit but for me, it's a Heaven.
