Thank you to everyone who has delegated your SP to the UPVU proxy.

As we announced in the last post, our team has completed the 1st-witnesses vote based on the results of the survey.

As you guys already know, our first round eligibility requirements were very simple. We didn't want to create confusion with complex requirements from the start. Even a simple qualification has changed the ranks ofmany Witnesses, a step in a positive direction.

Anyway, the first governance vote has been cast and it's time to go one stepfurther. In the second vote, the following voting standards will be added.

1. Full node operation
2. Usage of Witness Reward
3. Steem-based application operation
4. Reputation Criteria
5. Duplicate Witness Activities of Fork-chain(Added)
6. Update Feed Price

1. Full node operation

Operating a seed node as a witness is thebasic of the basics. For the stability of the Steem network andSteemit.com, all main witnesses must operate a full node.

If you are setting up a full node for the first time, it may take aweek or more, and we recommend that you prepare in advance. (It isrecommended to provide two or more endpoints for the seed node at thesame time)

2. Usage of Witness Reward

Investment of funds andrecruitment of human resources are very important for the developmentof better services. Therefore, we are not forcing you not to sell STEEM that you receive as a witness reward.However, witnesses who simply send STEEM to the exchange without sharing the development progress or operating the DApp service are excluded from witness vote.

(Do not use the STEEM received as a witness reward as a source of buyback for other tokens. It is correct to use the resources generated through the operation of the application for the buyback of DApp tokens.)

If you sell STEEM for the purpose of long-term infrastructure development or hiring additional developers, please share your development progress at least monthly. (Please Use Witness ActivitySharing Community)

3. Steem-based applications

Applications mean not only servicessuch as UPVU, but also various tools such as keychain wallet, mobilewallet, Steem account creation tool, blockchain explorer, analytics platform, notification service, guide bot for beginners, etc.

4. Reputation Creteria

Not everyone can receive votes just because they are running a seed node. Recently, we received a vote request from new and unknown accounts.

We always welcome the influx of new node operators and developers. However, to minimize confusion and abusing, we do not vote for recently created accounts. All Witness accounts must be at least 6 months old or have at least 50 reputation points. (Except if you already have another personal account on Steemit)

5. Duplicate Witness Activities of Fork-chain(Added)

We fully agree with @steemchiller's suggestion on the Steem Witness Discord. Accounts with duplicate witness activity on a chain forked from Steem will not be eligible to vote. We want all Steem witnesses to focus on development on Steem.

6. Update Feed Price

You have to update the appropriate Feed Price.

We ask all witnesses. Please upload a witness activity update post to our community at least once a month.

UPVU 프록시에 거버넌스 투표권을 위임해 주신 모든 분들께 감사드립니다.

지난 포스팅에서 알려드린 바와 같이 저희 팀은 증인 설문조사 결과를 토대로 1차 증인 투표를 완료하였습니다.

이미 알고 계시겠지만, 1차 투표의 자격 요건은 매우 간단했습니다. 저희는 처음부터 복잡한 요구사항으로 혼란을 일으키는 것을 원치 않았습니다.

최소한의 자격요건에서 시작하여 조금씩 지속적으로 거버넌스의 변화를 만들어 나가는 것을 목표로 하고 있으며 어느 정도 긍정적인 방향으로의 변화가 있었다고 생각합니다.

이제 1차 거버넌스 투표가 종료되었고 이제는 한 걸음 더 나아가야 할 때입니다.

곧 다음과 같은 기준들이 추가될 예정이오니 사전에 참고를 부탁드립니다.

1. 풀노드 운영
2. 증인 보상의 사용
3. 스팀 기반 애플리케이션 운영
4. 평판 기준
5. 포크체인의 중복 증인 활동
6. Feed Price 업데이트

1. 풀노드 운영

시드 노드를 운영하는 것은 기본 중의 기본이라고 할 수 있습니다. 모든 메인 증인들은 스팀의 네트워크와 Steemit.com의 안정성을 위해 시드 노드와 더불어 풀노드도 운영을 해야 합니다.

풀노드를 처음 설정하는 경우에는 일주일 이상 소요될 수 있으므로 미리 준비작업을 하시는 것을 권장드립니다. (시드 노드의 경우에는 두 개 이상의 엔드포인트를 동시에 제공하는 것이 좋습니다)

2. 증인 보상의 사용

더 나은 서비스 개발을 위한 투자(자금, 인적자본 등)는 매우 중요한 일입니다. 따라서 그 누구도 증인 보상을 무조건 팔지 말라고 강요할 수 없으며 이 강요는 올바른 방향이 될 수 없습니다.

다만, 개발 진행 상황의 공유, 댑 서비스의 운영 및 개발 없이 단순히 STEEM을 거래소로 보내기만 하는 증인은 증인 투표에서 제외됩니다.

(증인 보상으로 받은 STEEM을 다른 토큰에 대한 바이백 재원으로 사용하지 마세요. 댑 토큰 바이백은 해당 댑의 운영을 통해 생성된 재원을 사용하는 것이 옳습니다)

장기적인 인프라 개발 또는 인력 충원 등을 목적으로 STEEM을 판매하는 경우에는 최소 1개월 단위로는 개발 진행 상황을 공유해주시면 감사드리겠습니다. (Witness ActivitySharing Community 이용)

3. 스팀 기반 앱 서비스

애플리케이션은 UPVU와 같은 서비스 뿐만 아니라 키체인 월렛, 모바일 월렛, 스팀 계정 생성 툴, 블록체인 익스플로러, 애널리틱스 플랫폼, 알림 서비스, 초보자를 위한 가이드 봇 등 다양한 툴들을 의미합니다.

4. 평판 기준

시드 노드를 실행하고 있다고 해서 모든 사람이 투표를 받을 자격을 갖추는 것은 아닙니다. 최근에 저희는 신원을 알 수 없는 신규 계정들로부터 투표 요청을 받았습니다.

새로운 노드 운영자 또는 개발자들의 유입은 언제나 환영할 일입니다. 그러나 혼란과 어뷰징을 최소화하기 위해 최근에 생성된 정체를 알 수 없는 계정에는 투표하지 않습니다.

모든 Witness 계정은 생성된지 최소 6개월 이상이 경과되었거나, 평판(명성)이 50 이상이어야 합니다. (다른 개인 계정으로 스팀잇에서 오래 전부터 활동해왔고, 신원이 확인가능한 경우는 제외)

5. 포크체인의 중복 증인 활동

@steemchiller가 Steem 증인 디스코드를 통해 제안한 내용에 저희도 공감합니다. Steem에서 포크한 체인에서 중복 증인 활동을 하고 있는 계정은 투표를 받을 수 없습니다. 저희는 모든 증인들이 Steem에서의 개발 활동에 집중해주시길 희망합니다.

6. Feed Price 업데이트

정상적인 스팀 가격정보를 꾸준히 업데이트 해야합니다.

저희는 모든 증인팀 들에게 적어도 한 달에 한 번 정도는 저희가 생성한 커뮤니티에 증인 활동 업데이트 포스팅을 업로드 해주실 것을 요청드립니다.
