Add Retry to Steem Load Balancer Nodes
I've let two Steem Load Balancer Nodes running - and was surprised to see they both crashed at some points:
London, UK: api.steemyy.com
New York, USA: steem.justyy.com
I dig into the logs and fixed the problem by adding the Retry.
The reason it crashed was that when forwarding the Requests (GET or POST) to the chosen node, it might fail due to network intermitent issues.
