Liquid STEEM rewards are originally paid for curation rewards received in SP. This is based on how much SP you delegated 7 days ago. Upvoting starts the next day after delegation starts, but Liquid STEEM rewards start 7 days later. (Remember, the Steem blockchain is designed so that author rewards and curation rewards payout occurs after 7 days) Please read the following guide.
