Form Guide
The Renegades return to the scence of both their semi-final and final victories of last season having started this year with 3 straight defeats. Given the additional availability of players like Aaron Finch and acquisition of Shaun Marsh many people tipped them to defend their title but so far it's not working out that way.
What will be interesting to see is how the Docklands AKA Marvel Stadium pitch plays this year. As a drop-in wicket, it was on the slow side last season's Bash and that was very much to the suiting of the Renegades attack. The Strikers may have won the corresponding fixture 12 months ago but that game was played at Geelong as opposed to here where the Renegades are very tough to beat.
The Strikers themselves are unbeaten to date and look to have bounced back from a disappointing 2018/19 season. Big names such as Weatherhald, Carey, Rashid Khan, Jono Wells and Peter Siddle are all performing well while the likes of Wes Agar and Cameron Valente are also showing good form.
