Hello All Steemians.
The Steem Terminal's March, 2020 Redfish Rally will be underway on March 1. What does this mean for you?
If you're a Redfish on Steem:
Because your account is a small one with Steem Power (SP) below 500, you have the opportunity to swim alongside the Steem Terminal crew leaning and growing steadily, while advancing toward the top of the pond where you can see tangible progress of your growth.
It means you'll gain the knowledge needed to:
- create valuable and interesting content for your blogging;
- create blogs found on the Steemit social platform;
- conduct yourself in your engagement with other authors; and
- engage with other Steem Terminal Redfish who have like-minded goals.
Once you join Steem Terminal, you'll be able to interact with our Steem Terminal members. Support is always available because the members are friendly and willing to assist you. The month long Redfish Rally is an awesome experience you will never forget. I completed the program, and I know I won't.
But for starters, here's a brief summary of what's required for entry into the Redfish Rally:
REQUIREMENTS
A reputation of 53 or lower.*
Six months or lower in account age.*
Less than 100 SP.
AND
Less than 500 SP
No history of blacklist or plagiarism.
*Reviewed on a case-by-case basis

If you're a long-time member of Steem:
An amazing opportunity exists for members already acclimated to Steem. You'll have the opportunity to welcome new Steemians to the platform. If engagement is your strength, then by all means connect with these new accounts so they can learn and grow. Monitor their progress from time to time to esure they're on the right track and doing things the right way. That way, you will have given back to the entire Steem community. Beginning any new venture involves a learning curve. Remember when you first started on Steem? Someone helped guide you in the right direction. Someone gave you advice.
