We've seen BTC trading around the $16500 mark this whole week as further news and catastrophe are being revealed on various crypto exchanges. Binance (BNB) has been under the spot light with heavy scrutiny from global finance houses.

As regulators try to implement laws around crypto will that centralize our decentralized space? how do we go about creating a safe environment for decentralization to take place?
