It looks so tempting! Gelatin in just the right ratio
If you can call them shavings, I used potato peeler for this task
No gelatin in mine 😊 Just a bunch of over ripe bananas combined with nearly 2 tubs of cream cheese.
I used the slicing part of our cheese grater which is very similar to a potato peeler but not similar to your outcome. I’d be so worried about peeling my thumb off with a potato peeler
