Russell Domingo hero or villain?

Russell Domingo is currently the head coach of Bangladesh, he was released from T20 a few days ago but he is still the head coach, the nation and the cricketers expect a lot from him. It's hard but the comment is something that can't be taken back.
He himself said in a report that the cricketers of Bangladesh are not given freedom of thought, time is kept, the players of Bangladesh cricket do not get peace of mind due to bullying. Oh, the explosive comments have made a lot of noise in the cricket arena.
At present such a situation seems that Russell Domingo is responsible for all the situations. Somehow Bangladesh cricket is saved from him. This idea is coming from more or less cricket lovers today. But is it really true. Players have no contribution here. Maybe, after a coach has walked the wrong path, it can show him what is right.
But you have to know how to walk, I mean that you have to protest inside you, if you make a mistake somewhere, you can correct it with small means, no matter how expensive the world is, it is only the talent that you have in your society that works. But you have to have the talent to bring it out.
Bangladesh Cricket Board has got a pretty bad name by changing one coach after another. Among them, several contracts with Russell Domingo are still valid. Now he has to be released and he will have to count crores of rupees but such explosive comments are not expected from him. Explosive comments that tarnish the image of cricket in the country and create uncertainty among the players.
Bangladesh Cricket Board said that Russell Domingo must be questioned why he made such comments. All of these Bangladesh cricket is currently in the midst of incidents. I hope they will be overcome very soon and that is why the players and the cricket board expressed it.

Thank you so much for your work @the-gorilla. This post should not get support from our team. We will remove the vote soon. But when i checked plagiarism it was 100% plagiarism free as the user translated the post from Bengali language.
But i want to know that how can we know that one person is abusing the system in this way. He just tranlated the whole post from hive and make another publication in steemit. How can we catch this types of abuse.
Unfortunately, plagiarism tools are useless against translations. Oftentimes, you'll know when a post "feels wrong". In this case, the reference to "Hive" suggested the content had already been posted on that platform.
There are many different ways of proceeding then and this time, I searched Hive for the #cricket tag - https://hive.blog/created/cricket - at which point, it was fairly easy to find. As a native English speaker, it's often easier for me to find unusual phrases or terminology that isn't natural and this would suggest a translator or automated script from a video. Sometimes as a curator, you just need to trust yourself - if something feels wrong, then in all likelihood it is so don't vote on it.
