Italy 2-2 Belgium

I only had Italy-Belgium and Norway-Slovenia available to watch. I opted for watching the Italy-Belgium game. And I think I was right, two minutes in and Cambiaso already scored the first goal for Italy. On the 23 minute Retegui scored Italy's second goalafter the Belgian goalkeeper stopped a shot but left the ball at Retegui's mercy. Belgium is frankly showing very bad form, I do not think they can come back from two goals, in fact I expect more Italian goals. But now on the 40 minute Pellegrini let himself be sent off, now we have Belgiun with one more man on the field. And there you go, from Pellegrini's foul Belgium scored their first goal via de Cuyper. So we might have a very good second half.

Second half started, Belgium is definitely looking for their second goal. And they got it at the 62 minute after a corner kick. After this goal it has been mostly Belgium going for the win, that man down has really affected Italy. Just as an example right now Belgium has 10 corners against Italy's 0. the game ended with Belgium pushing and Italy defending. A good draw for Belgium.

Italy had this game completely under control until Pellegrini's mistake. Once Italy was down to ten men and Belgium was able to immediately score their first goal, the whole game changed. Actually I think Belgium should have won this game.

Lucky they did not show the England-Greece game. Now that was an unexpected result.
