Brazil World Cup Squad

On Monday, Brazil was among the first countries to announce its 26-man squad for the World Cup in Qatar with the following selections:
Goalkeepers:

- Raphinha
- Rodrygo

There are not many surprises with most names being familiar to world football fans.
In goal, there is fierce competition between the two Premier League rivals, Allison and Ederson, Allison is the favourite to start because he is incredibly safe and can use both hands and feet.
In defence there are some experienced players who have also played many club matches together, in the form of Thiago Silva and Marquinhos. Two strong players who can both drive the ball forward. In the full-back positions, you will most likely find the forward-moving Juventus teammates Danilo and Alex Sandro.
Casemiro is the team's anchor in midfield and the competition to fill the positions around him is between many players but will likely be either Fred, Lucas Paqueta, Bruno Guimaraes and Fabinho.
Up front, Brazil has the lots of quality. Vinicius has become a star at Real Madrid, record-expensive Antony impresses at Manchester United (when he stops spinning around), while Neymar is the biggest star and is in good form for PSG. In addition, you have many incredibly talented players who are hoping for a starting place, such as Rodrygo and Raphinha.

Brazil head to Qatar as heavy favourites to go all the way and lift the trophy. The team looks both talented and strong and they always guarantee good entertainment
The last time the nation won a World Cup trophy was in Japan and South Korea in 2002, where they beat Germany in the final with two goals from Ronaldo. Since then, Brazil have been knocked out in the knockout stages by European teams. In 2018 it was Belgium in the semi-final and in the 2014 semi-final Germany humiliated the Brazilians in a famous 7-1 defeat at home.
In order for Brazil to live up to the high expectations, it will need the many stars to be able to figure it out together.

I am very curious to see Brazil at the next World Cup. I think it is one of the favourite teams and I would like to see the Juventus trio, Danilo-Bremer-Alex Sandro, who have found a good affinity in recent days in Serie A, play in defence.

If you power up in December without transferring you can use Club75.
And if you then power up in January without transferring you can use Club100.

Great players in their respective leagues. I hope they are able to transform that to bring together.
I've felt quite dismissive of Brazil but when I look at that squad, there's just so much talent. I'm looking forward to seeing what damage Vinicius Jr. and Neymar can do to opposition defences.
