Within the last few weeks, I have been very busy with things up here in my real life and I take control of 15 projects in 5 different regencies. That is why I could not be so active on the platform. Doing the field supervision in the daylight and reporting at night is something that keeps me busy all the time.

I am was really happy to have the Venezuela team works together to get the project run smoothly. Yes, I am talking about the World Smile Project administrated by @mariana4ve in Venezuela. It is the first "big" project for her not only managing the construction but also managing the budget and the team works, she has been working too hard to execute the World Smile Project, standing applause to her on behalf of the World Smile Project.

Where is the Housing Program at?

The Housing program which is part of the World Smile Project has been started with the purchasing of construction material as Mariana has reported via Whatsapp to me days ago. She went to another city to buy the construction material at the best price that she can.

The new phone for the two construction workers that Mariana bought for them as compensation for the work fees besides another cash/food that will be provided. Why phone? not only for their communication but also for creating the steemit account of the workers. So, this is also the steem promotion purposes.

We have had a long discussion regarding the way we pay the construction cost after finally Mariana and I agreed to pay them with the better thing that benefits them for a long time which is the steemit account. Unfortunately, they don't have smartphones to manage the steemit account, then the idea came from Mariana to buy them the phone and started with the new steemit account for them. Of course, we will not let them starving by giving them only the phone to activate the steemit account, but we also provide them with their family's daily necessities. The main thing is the workers were surprised that steemit could build the house since they know the benefit of investing in steem so then they asked to be told about the steemit by Mariana. It is a lovely way of paying them for long-term benefits.

The financial status of the project

Currently, Mariana has cashed out 400 SBD and still has 774.405 STEEM, 348.695 SBD, 494.787 TRX. Within 7 days the @hive-198626 will receive about 63.754 SBD from author rewards, 186.9 SBD from benefactor rewards. With the currently available budget, the housing program will run smoothly.

Meanwhile, the @worldsmile account has also raised the fund and has delivered 63 SBD to two beneficiaries, the remaining balance in the wallet is 12 STEEM, 104.478 SBD, 141.425 TRX and within 7 days @worldsmile will receive about 16.953 SBD from benefactor rewards.

Project on preparation

The World Carbon Program is in preparation status and will conduct the survey by next month. The project proposal will be prepared by the World Smile Project team soonest possible before the survey takes place. The specific activities of the world carbon project will be announced in a separate post.
