Proclamation of the Chinese Soviet Republic. November 7, 1931.
On November 7, 1931, the 1st All-Chinese Congress of Soviets was held in China. The congress adopted the Constitution of the Chinese Soviet Republic, the law on labor, the land law, the law on economic policy, and the law on the creation of the Chinese Red Army. The Provisional Soviet Government was formed, headed by its leader, Mao Zedong.
At the end of 1937, the Chinese Soviet Republic was transformed into a "special region". Thus began the history of the formation of Great Communist China.
