Khrushchev and Putin in UN: 55 years later

Same table, same place only now with Putin and without the proverbial shoe.
Surprisingly it looks like the furniture has not changed since the time when on 12th of October, 1960 Nikita Khruschev aggravated by the speech of his Philippine counterpart who suggested that the countries of the Soviet block should have a right to choose. He rushed off to the stage and started screaming and hitting a table with his fist and later when his microphone got turned off, returned to his seat, took his shoe off and started hitting on the table with it.
