The Prophecies of Nostradamus

The mysterious quotinians of the sixteenth-century French astrologer Nostradamus have long proved fascinating for their predictions. Nostradamus is credited with the Great Fire of London, the rise of Adolf Hitler, and the anticipation of the 9/11 terrorist attacks. Today, as the world continues to grapple with May's predictions of financial stagnation, global terrorism, and environmental catastrophe, as well as the May 21, 2012 catastrophe, the prediction of his death becomes even more relevant.

However, like horoscopes, predictions are vague and therefore open to reader interpretation and bias.
