GRAVE TEUNGKU MALEM PANYANG AND PANGLIMA SAYED SULAIMAN APPLY NINE METERS

Southeast Asian Islamic Monument at Bandar Kalifah Village, Peureulak Sub-district, East Aceh. Tengku Malem Panyang Tomb as Kadhi and Tomb of Panglima Sayed Sulaiman as Commander in the reign of Sulthan Alaidin Sayed Maulana Abdul Aziz Shah on the Kingdom of Bandar Khalifah Peurelak.

The tomb of the two servants of God does not seem as common as any other. Because at the will of Almighty God, the tomb is nine meters long.

According to the testimony of the residents of Bandar Khalifah village, Nisan several times moved to the form of Normal Tomb by two meters, but unconsciously afterwards, the headstone returned to the shape of the size of nine meters.

Based on the historical record written in the book Monisa in the song History of the Nation, the reign of Sulthan Alaidin Sayed Maulana Abdul Aziz Shah, pangasaan in the year 1 Muharam 225 to 249 Hijriah or 840 to 864 AD have two faithful servants of his kingdom Tengku Malem Panyang and Panglima Sayed Sulaiman.

Both of these royal officials are loyal servants of the kingdom and help the King in the syiar of Islam to the whole city, where today there are still many animists and Hindus.
